Wanda, Hayley, and Scarlett were laughing in the kitchen as they sipped on some coffee. Bucky sat there looking half asleep, shoving spoon fulls of Lucky Charms into his mouth. Vision was reading something with his arm around Wanda's shoulder. They all looked so peaceful and happy.

Scarlett kept glancing at her phone, biting her lip. She always did that when she was nervous. I walked over to her, pressing a kiss to her forehead. She looked up at me.

"Good morning," I said.

She slightly smiled, "Morning, baby,"

ring! ring!

"I'll be right back!" she said, running off to our room with her phone pressed to her ear.

I chuckled and poured myself a cup of coffee. I leaned against the counter, watching Bucky fall asleep in his bowl of milk. His eyes slowly began to close and his face landed in the bowl. I couldn't help but laugh at my best friend.

"Mom! You haven't even met him yet!" I heard Scarlett yell from our room, striking curiosity and worry in me.

I walked into our room to see her back turned to me as she rubbed her forehead. Her phone was beside her on the bed and it was faced down against the comforter. I could her sigh heavily from the doorway.

"What's wrong, doll?" I asked.

She turned around to look at me, "My mom. She wants to me to come down to Ohio for Christmas," she spoke.

"Why is that bad?" I sat down next to her, placing my hand on her thigh.

"She wants to meet you. Her and my dad have never liked any of my boyfriends. They are always looking for perfection," she explained and played with her fingers in her lap.

"I'd love to meet your parents! I mean we've together for about half a year now and I love you more than anything," I said.

She smiled up at me, "I love you too, baby,"

"Then let's go spend Christmas in Ohio. We can come back for New Years to spend time with the team,"

"That sounds perfect," she said, pressing a kiss to my cheek.

"I agree,"

"Is it weird that my great-grandpa might know you?" she asked.

I laughed, "Maybe, but we can trade war stories and talk about how hot the woman were back then," I said, smirking.

"Wow. I wish I could be that hot!" she said, putting her hand over her heart, jokingly.

"Baby girl, you are the hottest person on this planet,"

"So are you, Rogers. So are you,"

7:38 p.m.

Scarlett went out with Hayley, Wanda, and Nat to go Christmas shopping while I packed for us. Bucky, Tony, Thor, Loki, Bruce, and Clint sat around my room, watching me.

"Anyone wanna help?" I asked.

They all shook their heads, making me roll my eyes. I folded Scarlett's shirts up and placed them in her bag, on top of her pants. Next came her bra's and underwear. This was gonna be a very slow process.
