AN.1 - This is being unpublished and redone. I'm not rewriting it per se, but instead, converting it into a graphic novel. This'll be the part I have to post up in two weeks since "buying" (Even though I've had it for a while already.) So I can plan out the entirety of the novel even more. I can plan out the character designs and the maps of places in the story. (Diagon Alley, Hogwarts, White Manor, etc. Which Hogwarts is the one I'm SO not ready to do.) The first chapter should be up by February 2019 (Hopefully.)
The plot and points in said plot has changed drastically, and sadly there is no Durmstrang boy in it anymore. (He was honestly my favorite.) Though nor is the giant part of trying to find a cure for Medusa's curse. (As much as that would be cool, I can't work it in well.) It'll be hinted at, but not the main focus.
Lastly, I'll be employing a new way to post chapters. Since a graphic novel will take me SO much longer, I'll see how long it takes me on the first chapter and then go from there. I want to aim for a month. (Sketching 1 week, Lineart another, coloring and such week 3, and tweaking during week 4 before posting.) Since I'll also be doing YouTube videos I don't know how well that'll work. Anyhoo, the first chapter should be up by February. This is going to be fun, no editing after the final drawing. Give me a hallelujah all!
AN.2 - I got confirmation when I will be getting the drawing tablet. And it ain't Christmas, it's when my dad's getting his taxes back. So, the first chapter won't be out in February. So the next update should be the posting of the new chapter, I hope. I wanna keep anyone who read the book in the loop. So that means more author notes like these. (None will EVER be in the actual chapters.) Have a nice day all, and a Merry Christmas/Happy New Years too!
AN.3 - Update again everyone, I have practically the exact date my dad should be getting his taxes back. (I live in the US so, yaaaay) He got em done, and they're being sent in on the 15. After that, it should take a week or two for those to get back here (and it's gonna be about 3,400 too, double yaay!). That means that it's either going to be the 22 (A Friday) or the 1 of March. So yeah, the first chapter will be up by at least, April. After that, I'll be sure to update this book almost monthly (give or take.) All in all, hope ya'll who actually read this have a nice Valentine's day and read the first chapter of my book!
AN.4- Alrighty all! I know for sure when I will be getting the drawing tablet. I will for sure have it by next month as my dad is getting his taxes back by the end of this one and he's going to pay off his 401 k and take it back out. So yeah, expect the first chapter by April (When I do want to get it out.) All in all, I'll be deleting these current Authors notes to make better room for the actual notes while writing it. (I have all the plot done, now blocking and storyboarding is all I need to do.) Have a good President's day!
AN.5- I have 5 chapters plotted rn. I also have all the character designs/ect. done, so be in store for the first chapter to be up. I replanned the entire "novel" into something I would have more fun on, and something that better fits cannon in a way (There are some changes, but that was to be expected with a fanfic) I'm sorry for the horrendously long wait, but there was a horrible learning curve for my tablet and I have a lot of extra curriculars I participate in on the daily. (I'm doing a musical rn, and martial arts. So I have a p busy schedule not including the days I volunteer at a pet shelter) Hope anyone who even cares to read these is okay with the wait! I hope you think it was worth it!
