in which effie is supposed to be sleeping, yet she never listens to what chan says.

-

"hey stays, this is your favourite member, effie!" effie was by herself today, she was told to take a break by chan, since last night, she was found in the practice room, creating choreography for their new songs.

"the boys aren't here with me today, they're all at practice, while i'm supposed to be sleeping. what our dear leader doesn't know is that i've been working on songs the whole time." she laughed as she put her finger up to her lips, "don't tell him, please."

'we love a hardworking queen'

'don't overwork yourself, sleepyhead~'

'i think i'm gay for effie.'

"so, since i can't really go out, or chan will immediately know with his 'leader senses', i'll show you what i'm working on. is that alright with you guys?" effie looked towards the comments, where a bunch of 'yes's popped up, occasionally a 'marry me' mixed in between.

she flipped her phone towards a notebook she had laid out on top of her covers, as she was still in bed. "chan took my laptop so i coudn't make music for the day, but i think he forgot that pen and paper still exist." effie chuckled at a few of the english comments as a lot of stays were clowning chan.

effie read out an english comment, her austrailian accent showing itself, "what are you working on?" effie pointed to a few words, some scribbled out, some still there in messy handwriting. "i promise i have neat handwriting," effie laughed as she turned the page. "i just write in messy handwriting because - as you can see - i cross everything out anyway. but when i'm finished with a song, i write all the lyrics out properly on paper - or, on my laptop."

the rapper showed them a few lyrics that she had written where she was inspired. it was the only thing effie was proud of, making music. she didn't have much to be proud of, other than her team, but that wasn't just her. she took pride in being able to write lyrics.

"where do you get inspiration from? love from singapore~" effie had read out another comment while smiling, she was happy that fans seemed genuinely interested in her life's work. "hi to all stays that 'stay' in singapore, get it? okay, sorry, i- um, i get my inspiration from either one of three things : my emotions, photographs, or my dreams."

as effie was putting the camera on the foot of her bed, where they could see effie and her notebook clearly, she thought of another phrase and quickly wrote it down.

"i...can still hold- no, feel. yeah, feel...your ghost, even when you aren't here." effie looked up and gave the camera an eye-smile as she had finally finished her first verse.

that was, until she heard a door opening. "excuse me ma'am, but aren't you supposed to be resting?" chan's voice questioned effie as he looked at her with a pair of burning eyes. effie, not happy that he interrupted her train of thought, looked back at him with her signature blank, yet strong gaze. stays on the other hand, looked excitingly at their screens, waiting for movement from either member of 3racha.

"sleep. now."

"no, i don't wanna," effie suddenly pouted at chan, which was the first time she had pouted. that same fan in singapore was sqealing for all he was worth.

chan's eyes softened at effie's chubby cheeks, "please, effie. we want you rested."

"fine, channie. but only if i get my laptop back."

"deal."

effie shut off her phone, not forgetting to secretly roll her eyes at the camera, a direct hit towards chan.

"i saw that!"

"how?!"

"how do you think i knew you were awake? i watched the v-live ef, and you're in deep trouble."

effie visibly freezed, "goodbye stays. it was nice knowing you."
