Reader's POV:Your eyes flickered open for the briefest of moments as a loud banging on your door pulled you out of the darkness.
"(F/N)!" You heard someone call from outside.
Your cognitive abilities were functioning just enough to register the voice was female, although you couldn't identify it. You heard the lock on your door click and saw a figure step into the room. Upon seeing you lying on the ground, they rushed towards you. You fell back into unconsciousness. The next time your eyes opened, you saw the same person kneeling in front of you, her eyes filled with panic as they switched between your barely conscious form and the empty bottle of pills and alcohol lying next to you. Once again, your eyes close, drifting back into the darkness as you slowly teetered on the edge of life and death.
"Hello. Yes, I need help, my friend... he... he took some pills."
Your eyes open lazily once more. The person has her back turned to you, her scroll up to her ear. You try to move one hand to reach out to them, but your arm is too heavy. Instead you disturb a few of the bottles lying next to you.
"Please, just hurry. I don't know how much... oh my God." The sound of the bottles draws their attention and they turn to face you. "Hey, hey it's okay (F/N). I'm here. You're gonna be okay."
You feel a warm hand placed upon your cheek, their thumb tenderly brushing under your eye. You look up to try to identify the person kneeling in front of you, but your mind is still clouded. Their face is obscured and their voice only vaguely familiar, all probably due to the sleeping pills. Still, only one person has a key to your apartment.
"Weiss?" You breathe quietly. You reach up to try to touch her face, but once again it falls in midair, too heavy to lift.
Weiss takes your hand and holds it close to her chest. "Shh, it's okay." She soothes. "You're going to be okay. Just stay with me."
Your eyes grow heavy again, beginning to close.
"No, hey. (F/N), stay with me." You feel a wet splash on your face as one of her tears rolls down her cheek and off her chin. "Please." She sobs. "Don't leave me."

The sound of distant voices and a steady rhythmic 'beeping' reaches your ears. You can see light from behind your eyelids. Your eyes flicker several times before opening completely. You're lying in a soft bed dressed in a hospital gown, an IV drip in your right arm. You can feel a small tickling sensation coming from your left arm, your ears registering the sound of light, peaceful breathing. You roll your head to the side to see Weiss' sleeping form in a chair next to your hospital bed. Her head is resting on her folded arms which lie on your bed, her light breathing tickling the hairs on your arm with every exhale. Your vision is still a little hazy, obscuring Weiss' figure. Blinking several times, the world starts to come into focus. As your vision begins to clear, Weiss' white hair slowly turns to red, her white dress becoming a brown corset, the long sleeves of her bolero jacket changing to opera length gloves.
"Pyrrha?" You ask quietly, somewhat confused.
You try to push yourself into a sitting position, but your body feels like lead. The sudden disturbance causes Pyrrha to wake. She inhales deeply before lifting her head, rubbing the sleep from her eyes and giving a small yawn. Her eyes widen when she sees you awake, and in a flash her arms are wrapped tightly around your neck as she throws herself onto you in a big hug.
