"H-how..." Sooyoung stared at him and back at Seulgi again.

Why is he there at the hospital? How did he know?

Seulgi looked at her apologetically. "He kept on asking where you are nonstop, I gave up. Sorry Sooyoung-a."

Sooyoung sighed."It's okay." She already predicted that but not so soon. She didn't want to him to see her in that state, she look so  vulnerable.

Seulgi looked at both of them before going outside giving them some space to talk. Sooyoung's family wasn't around at the moment.

Sooyoung just looked down on her lap while Jungkook stared at her.

"Why are you here?" She asked after minutes of silence.

Jungkook didn't answer but sat on the chair beside the bed instead.

"You... like me."

Sooyoung was surprised of what he said but didn't gave any reaction, she just continued to look down.

"See? You don't even deny it. Just what are you scared of? I know now that you like me but I was wondering why you push me away to find out that it's only because of this?" He said angrily.

Sooyoung turned to him, anger flared inside her. "Just because? You think I decided that so easily? You think I did it just because I want to? You think it was easy for me to ignore my feelings for you? That's right! It's because of this that's why I pushed you away!" She sighed frustratedly, her eyes started getting hot from all the feeling she's going through. "You don't even why I did it but you're just making me look like a fool now..." Hot tears spilled on her cheeks. Why is she so weak when it comes to him?

She felt him stood up and sat down on the bed, pulling her in his embrace. Patting her back lightly then kissed the top of her head. The warmth of his embrace engulfed her whole being.

"If you just accepted my offer then you wouldn't cry like this. It was a selfish decision but then that's who you are." He pushed her lightly holding both her shoulder so he could see her. "I know what you're afraid of and the more reason that I should be at your side."

He wiped her tears and gazed at her passionately, like how a man stares at a woman. "You can't be selfish from now on, you understand?"

Sooyoung slightly nodded but stared at him, fear visible in her eyes. Just thinking about what will happen made her cry again but she still voiced the words out.

She heaved "What if...What if I forget you?" the last words were barely a whisper but he was close to her that he heard every words that she said. There was a possibility that she can forget everything according to the doctor.

"That's when my job comes in." He said and pulled her for a hug again.

"H-how? Can you bear it if I don't remember you and push you away like a stranger?" If it was the other way around, she don't think she can do it.

"I'll just have to love you more than before and remind you everyday that I'm the one you love."

"That's all?" Does doing that could really help her?

Jungkook looked at her, his eyes suddenly changed. "You think that's all? Of course I'll also do this."

In a swift movement, he took her by the waist for a searing kiss. The kiss was filled with emotion, as well as hunger. When they pulled away from each other, they were both panting but they didn't look away.

Jungkook grinned touching her at the nape of her neck. He stared at her lips and chuckled.

"It was your lips."

Sooyoung looked at him questioningly. "You kissed me." After he said that Sooyoung turned beet red, she suddenly recalled the drunk kiss.

Jungkook then said "But I have to taste it again to make sure." Sooyoung then laughed at what he said but circled her arms around his neck and kissed him fully on the lips.
