You know that one time you somehow accidentally managed to let your towel fall in front of someone you currently dislike?

You don't? Oh. Well.

I do.

I couldn't even feel my face at this point. But I did know that it was the color of ripened tomatoes that were ready to be picked. That and oh bloody hell why am I still standing naked in front of him?!

I don't even think I spared Levi half a seconds glance to see anything more before I squeaked and dived my naked torso down into the frothy water, the bubbles nearly going up my nose in my haste.

He saw me, oh my god heaven earth and hell he actually SAW me! I screamed internally, too afraid to meet his gaze and even more so to say anything.

Now I know what you're thinking: aren't demons supposed to be sensual and lustrous creatures? Why should they care if their bodies are revealed to others? Well. My response to you would be; don't stereotype. That may be some demons, that much is true. But not me. I was nothing like those perverted assholes that threw themselves around like that.

And in this instance, it's much worse.

"Are you just going to float there like an embarrassed guppy, or are you going to attempt to get out and find your clothes?" The archangel asked sarcastically, arms folded over his broad chest. I looked up at him, only to flush harder and look back down. He looked like some glistening, drenched Adonis that deserved to be worshipped by all.

Except for me. Hell no.

"I-I, uh..." I swallowed nervously, hurriedly tying the now soaked robe around my body as I was still submerged. "I'm sorry you had to see that?" Jesus, why had I said that as a question?

Had I known any better, I would have thought I saw a flash of amusement pass over his eyes before disappearing just as quickly. "There's no need for you to apologize. I didn't see anything I wasn't supposed to."

Seriously? My eyebrows suit up in confusion. He was the one that noticed my slip up first, so how did he not see anything?

I slowly lifted myself back up, backing up out of the water towards the bath's steps. There wasn't a reason for me to be here any longer. "Somehow I don't believe you when you say that. But I'm still sorry nonetheless. I didn't want to wander around by myself but that seems a bit hard when your clothes have been stolen from you." I tried to keep the bite out of my words but failed miserably.

"Would you rather I say it's nothing I haven't seen before? Because that wouldn't be a lie, either." Levi drawled, and my mouth dropped open at the insult. Did this guy ever stop being a prick?!

I held my tongue, instead backing out of the bath and hugging myself. The robe was fluffy and cotton-like, so even when wet it didn't show off my hiding curves too much. "I'm going to look for clothes. Devil knows I've probably been pranked and if all you're going to do is sit here and degrade me then I'll happily do it myself."

I went straight for the exit. I could feel that my face was still hot, but for a different reason now. Anger overcame my senses as I did my best to conceal it. It would do me no good to fight with an angel like this one. I was quickly becoming tired of this place and being held captive by this asshole. First I get kidnapped, then forced to stay here and not twenty minutes into my stay I get food dumped on me. And now my clothes are missing? I don't think I can take anymore of this.

Unfortunately, fate had other plans for me. I went to fling open the door when instead I was smacked in the face with it, causing a hiss to escape my mouth and my hands to fly to my forehead. A loud scoff met my ears as I took a step back, trying to clear the stars out of my head.
