There's a pain in my chest
It comes and it goes but it's there
Don't know why it comes or how long it'll stay
Just know it is there
Sometimes it is absent for a long time
But eventually it comes back
A mystery it's the cause
But I don't seem to be the first one in my house
Most times bearable a few times got scared
But all of them still inexplicable
I can't remeber the first time
forgot the second one
Could ignore the third one
Didn't care about the fourth one
But stared to suspect in the fifth one
Of course I seek
But I don't see
Way to vanquish
My prolonged anguish
