part 11 ~ moving in

There was a terrible silence between Lili and Cole after his parents, thankfully her mom came downstairs after a minute.

"Hello Cole, I don't think that we've really met. My name Amy," he says with a big smile.

"Nice to meet you, thanks for letting me stay here."

She replies, but Lili isn't listening anymore, she just walks away.

All kind of thoughts are running through her head, she hates it. Why now, less then 24 hours after they broke up, why? Now she'll see him so much, and she hates that she loves that. She knows that she still wants to be with him, she wants to feel save with him again, feel love.

But he doesn't want her, he broke up, so he doesn't want her. Well, that's what she thinks.

Only if she knew how much Cole regrets it, he loves her, but he needed to break up with her to see that. So, when he found out it was already to late.

He gets snapped out of his thoughts when Amy asks if he wants something to drink, he declines the offer, so Amy shows him his room.

It's a big room with one dark blue wall and a big bed. There's a perfect closet and a desk. "It's perfect," he says and Amy smiles.

"Well, call me if you need me, we're going to eat breakfast when everyone is up." And then she walks out of the room.

When they walked to his room he already saw that Lili's was next to his, he got this twinkle when he found out.

He throws his bag on his bad and starts to unpack. He took everything he thought he needed and if he forgot anything he can easily pick it up.

He opens the closet door and sees a hoodie.

There's written on a note in Lili's handwriting. It's the hoodie she borrowed when he gave her the necklace.

He takes one other look at it and then puts his other clothes in the closet too. Causing the hoodie to be in the back of the closet.

His door opens and KJ is standing in the door opening.

"We're going to eat, are you coming?"

He nods and follows him downstairs.

Everybody is already sitting and there's only one seat left, next to Lili. He sits down and glances at her.

He gets some pancakes and starts to eat, while the others around him -except for Lili- are busy talking.

When everybody is done eating Lili says that she's going upstairs on which Cole replies; "Yeah, me too, if that's okay."

Amy nods and they both walk up the stairs, Lili a bit faster than Cole. Once she wants to enter her room Cole grabs her wrist.

She turns around and looks into his eyes.

"Lili, can you please listen to me for one minute?"

She groans, but agrees.

"I know it sounds stupid but-"he stops talking and thinks.

"You know what, forget I said anything," he says and quickly walks away, leaving Lili confused.

Lili enters her room and sits on her bed. Lili drank like two or three times, but now she's suddenly in the mood to drink. She texts Camila.

Lils: Hey Cam, wanna go out toninght?

Cami: Wait, really?!

Lils: Yes, but do you wanna?

Cami: I'll be there around eight, be ready.

She puts away her phone and walks to the closet and grabs some black Demin jeans and a white tommy jeans shirt.

She walks downstairs and notifies her mom, who says it's okay.

"Cole, KJ, Chloe and Lili, food is ready."

First Chloe walks out of her room, then Cole and KJ and the last one to walk downstairs is Lili.

"So," her mom starts when they're all at the table "Cole and KJ are going out and Lili is going to Camila?"

They nod.

Then Keneti joins the conversation: "Well then the boys can pick Lili up, so she won't have to go back alone."

"oh, that isn't necessary," Lili says.

"I think it's a perfect idea, I want that at least one of you comes back with her." Amy says and Keneti agrees.

KJ groans but then agrees and says: "You've got my number so, just call."

Lili nods and quickly walks upstairs when she's finished.

In her room she puts on her playlist and lays out her clothes and grabs her make-up. After half an hour she's completely ready and hears the bell ringing. She looks out of her window and sees Cami. She slips into her vans and then runs downstairs.

She opens the door and hugs Camila.

"Ready to go?" Camila asks.

"Yess."

She creams goodbye and then they leave.

"There's this party about 10 minutes away, want to go there?" Camila asks.

"Sure."

"Where are we even going?" Cole asks KJ once they left the house.

"You know Vanessa? She's having a party."

"Nice."

They walk to her house and get exited the moment they're there.

Inside it's busy, but they finally get to the bar. KJ grabs some beer and then walks away to go flirt with some girl.

Cole looks around and sees the back of a girl with dirty blonde hair talking to some guy. For one moment he thinks it's Lili, but he quickly shakes it off. Lili would never go to a party like this.

Lili keeps drinking, Camila is already out of sight and she's bored. After a while she starts to feel a bit dizzy, but she doesn't care, she just wants to drink. To forget Cole, for one tiny moment. She wants to think about nothing, she wants to feel the alcohol spread through her body.

Then, she's drunk, like really drunk. Cole is drunk too, he wanted to have fun and he loves tequila.

They both want to go to the bar for some more when they bump into each other.
