I hate going to balls but Laccie and Jordyn are going and so is ryder they are perfect the prefect teens Laccie's dad is Washington the General and I'll go to the war and fight with ryder Myles and Gavin and next is ryder his dad is Lafayette the war Hero next is Jordyn mom is Angelica and her sister is Eliza who is married to my dad so we I like cousins and I have to say I like Laccie I little and so does ryder but Laccie is dating Myles he's dad is John Adams I hate John Adams idk why but my dad hates him so I hate him
At the ball Ryder's pov
I go to the ball with angle because Laccie had to write a paper for the war Laccie is so mad because the war killed John Laurens he was the funny nice man

I have not slept in a week or so I'm so busy so I have not go sleep my dad is worried about me I'm going to be the new general tonight that is why we are having a ball for me but my friends idk that this ball is for me I go get ready for the ball then I'm dressed and someone walks in it was Noah he said"hey lace what's up" I grab my gun and say" why the hell are you here" he said "because your dad wanted me to get you " he comes closer to me and he looks at me and I look down at the floor I say " what do you want Noah Hamilton?!?" And he says " I'm taking you to the ball"
