Getting Her Back

Avery's POV

*NEXT DAY*

My eyes fluttered opened. 

I looked at my surroundings. I saw Claire and Kylie holding dozen of balloons and also 4 orders of Chick Fil A waffle fries.

I smiled widely and they gave me a big hug. 

"You guys!" I missed them so much. I don't know what I would do without them. 

I read the hospital clock. 

11:09

"Avery, We were super worried! After we found out what happened we put Tori in her place and she got expelled even though school is over but she won't be coming back next year."  Kylie said. 

I did my happy dance as best as I could in a bed. 

"But she wanted us to give you this note." Claire hands me this piece of paper. 

I opened it and it says: 

Avery,

Watch your back, bitch. 

Shawn's mine. 

If you touch him expect something bad. 

Hope you feel fucking horrible, 

Tori 

I handed the note to Claire and Ky and they sat there in shock. 

"Good thing cause she can have him." They sat more inn shock with that sentence.

"Avs, Shawn is your boyfriend." I shook my head. 

"Not anymore if he used to date Tori." Claire put her hands in fists. 

"I think we broke up when he told me." I looked down at my hands.

I ripped my necklace off of my neck and threw it across the room. 

A tear slipped down my eye. Kylie wiped it with her hand.

"You know were always here for you no matter what." Ky said as I smiled.

"Love you guys." They engulfed me into a hug again. 

"We got to go! There's a KUWTK marathon on E! Network!" I giggled. 

"Bye guys!" and they walked out the door. 

As if on cue, Shawn Mendes, walks in the room. 

Shawn's POV

"What the fuck are you doing here?" I'm surprised she used that language but I know she curses when she's mad.

I looked like an idiot holding a box of Godiva chocolates, a gigantic sized teddy bear, three "Get Well Soon" balloons, and my guitar.

I'm not supposed to have the guitar in the hospital because it will distract patients but this is all for Avery. 

"To win you back." I said confident. 

"Go on and try Shawn. You broke me." 

Those words came out of her mouth.

Those words hurt me but I deserve it. 

She crossed her arms and put her head down. 

This is gonna be hard.
