Jayden's POV

I put the guitar down and I walked into the lounge area and crashed on the couch, I heard chuckles behind me "Gee.... thanks..." I sighed "How'd it go Jay?" My dad asked, "Alright... Just waiting now...." I've got to admit I am nervous... "I'm sure you did great Jay! your a amazing singer!" My mom smiled pushing my hair back, the judge walked out "Jayden, We would like to hear another song... if that's okay?" I sat up and smiled nervously "Uh sure..." I said, we walked back inside. 

"Thank you Jayden, we will call you back in a while.." the judge smiled so did the others, I nodded and left, "Now we wait.." I sighed I sat on the couch and JJ came over, "Hey squirt, I thought You were with Uncle Jared?" I chuckled "Your dad and mom went with Gen to get a drink for you..." Uncle Jared chuckled "Ahh, I see..." I smiled.

30 MINUTES LATER

"Jayden..." The judge called me in, I got up and walked in, "Jayden, you ARE extremely talented, your kind, funny, amazing... it's a yes, congratulations...." the judge smiled, I smiled and thanked them, them left, I put on a fake frown, "What did they say!" My mom yelled excited, "No..." I said... "Jayden.... I'm sorry-" My dad started "No... I'm loosing my mind..." I sighed "Jay, baby what did they say?" My mom asked again "They said I got the job!" I smiled, everyone cheered and hugged me, "We're so proud of you Jay!" My mother smiled also wiping a stray tear, I chuckled, my dad put a hand on my shoulder "Good job son..." he smiled, I found the son thing a little cringe. "Thanks dad...." I smiled "JAY!" JJ yelled running up to me, I picked her up and kissed her forehead "Hey twerp..." she smiled " Did you get the job?" she asked excited I chuckled "Yeah, I did..." I replied she hugged me tight.
