To be potentially excellent leaders of youth, Division of Albay conducted training to the young leaders in Marcial O. Rañola Memorial School (MORMS) on April 16-17, 2012.
The Albay division Federation of Supreme Student Government (ADFSSG) held a Capability Enhancement Training with this year's theme; "Empowering Leaders for a Better Philippines” the said conference aims to help leaders inspire and motivate others, solve problems, make decisions, and build commitment to its team.
The expected guest speaker was Sen. Ramon "Bong" Revilla, Jr. but he was not able to attend the seminar for some inconvenience so he was replace by Hon. Herbie Aguilar, the Municipal Mayor of Sto. Domingo, Albay.
The Daraga National High School selected students particularly the appointed SSG officers, Julie Fernandez (President), Jereme Astaño (Vice-President) Joan Saladino (Secretary), Cindy Blazo (Treasurer), Earl Jay Robas (Auditor), Maricar Baraga (Public Information Officer), Selina Aldefolla (Peace Officer), Zen Michael Solano (2nd yr. Representative) and Marga Christine Duran (4th year Representative) including Jetro Navarro (4th year) and Obama (lol! 3rd year) attended the said event.
The participants of different competition, Jetro Navarro joined Rizal Quiz, Obama (tss. ask Jet kung sino to) the contestant for ASEAN test, Earl Jay Robas take part in Logo making contest, and Marga Christine Duran in Extemporaneous.
Jetro Navarro, 4th year student achieved the first place in Rizal quiz coached by Mrs. Julieta Marbella, 2nd year AP teacher.
