2 cups milk
2 tablespoons canned pumpkin (15 mL)
2 tablespoons sugar (15 mL)
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (5mL)
1/2 cup espresso, depending on preference (118 mL)

1. First off, we need to combine the sugar, milk and pumpkin into a pot and stir over medium heat. Once it's steamed, removed heat.
2. Next, stir in the vanilla and pumpkin spice. Soon thereafter, either whisk until foamy, or blend in the blender for 10 seconds, either one works.
3. Pour into a cute coffee cup, add espresso, and bon appetite!
