Ginger Tea

-Ingredients-
2-inch piece fresh ginger root
1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp dried elderflowers (optional)
1 tbsp raw honey

-Directions-
1. Peel your ginger root using the edge of a spoon and slice it thinly. Place it and the elderflowers and water in a small saucepan.
2. For a mild tea, boil for at least 10 minutes. For a stronger, tea use more ginger root and let boil for 20 minutes.
3. Remove it from the heat and strain the ginger and elderflowers. Let cool for 5 minutes, then add the raw honey and enjoy!
