Red walked along the tree line, being lead by Levi and Asher. "I've never even seen Erelux! What a cool name.." Vincent said in awe as they walked, all of them wearing their armour. They couldn't be too sure, even if Erelux had top notch guards. "Erelux is a beautiful town." Asher said with a soft smile, staring at the kingdom walls in the distance. Red has learned that both Levi and Asher were from Erelux, Levi leaving the city at fifteen for unknown reasons.

"Aren't you a bit nervous to go back?" Jackson asked and Asher looked back at him, smiling. "Why would I be?" He asked Jackson, who simply averted his gaze. "Erelux isn't as.. open with difference. If you get what I mean.." Jackson said slowly and Asher frowned, nodding his head and glancing at his boyfriend, Levi. "Yeah.. I know. We can hold out for a few days.. My mom knows we're dating and she's fine with it. My dad isn't.. but we can only hope we don't run into him." Asher said, mumbling the last bit. Red has met Asher's mom, Marigold, when she came to make sure Asher was safe. They didn't bother asking about his father, as it clearly wasn't a welcomed subject.

As they walked up to the doors, two guards checked them over. "We are from Spawn, as requested by your royals. As Valor is no longer with us, they decided to send us. As, most of us were close to him and know most of his ideals." Levi said in his mature voice, Bailey looking down at the ground as he spoke. "Very well." The guard said as she called for the door to be opened, the other guard eyeing Asher up. The guards told them where to go, both now staring at Asher. Asher forced a smile and walked through the door with his team, hearing the two guards whisper. "Wouldn't that upset the other team?" One whispered to the other. Asher stopped hearing them once he got far enough and simply let out a sigh.

"You alright?" Levi asked gently and Asher nodded a bit. "Yeah.. Just kinda awkward, you know?" Asher mumbled softly and Harper glanced at him. "What do you mean?" Harper asked and Asher realized he had never told Red why he came to Spawn. Besides Levi, of course. "I use to be a royal guardsmen here.. I would guard the outer walls or I'd be working in the archer towel." Asher admitted and Bailey looked at him, eyes with admiration. "You're good with a bow?" Bailey asked gently and Asher shrugged a bit. "I'm decently well." Asher said and Bailey gripped onto Vincent's arm, whispering to him about how cool Asher was. "Anyways, I was accused of stealing from a noblemen and was fired. Even though, I didn't do it." Asher finished.

"It would be a bit awkward to come back." Dakota agreed with Asher, who sighed softly. They headed to the inn, having a room saved for them. A room with eight beds. "Wouldn't it be better if we all, I don't know, had our own rooms?" Harper said as he placed his bag on his bed. Levi let out a laugh and put his bag on a bed, Asher picking the one next to him. He and Levi usually shared a bed back at the base, however he didn't know if they could do this here. He decided to sleep in his own bed for the first night, and if no one came into their room to wake them, he'd sleep with Levi instead.

After they unpacked, they decided to look around town. The meeting was the next day, so they had time to be tourists. They walked to the centre of town, where Asher knew his mother would be. Marigold, as her name suggests, loves gardening. In the middle of town, there was a small garden. Which, is what the women did for a job. She took care of the flowers around town. Someone tapped Marigold and pointed at Red as they walked closer, specifically to Asher. Marigold lit up and ran over, hugging Asher tightly. "Asher!" She cheered happily and Asher let let a small laugh, hugging his mother.

"Hey, mom." He said softly as she pulled away, smiling widely at him. Her gaze moved and she waved at the others. "Hello, boys. Hello, Levi." She said and moved, giving Lachlan a hug as well. "Hello, Marigold. How are you?" Levi asked as he hugged back, Marigold pulling away after a moment. "Good, good!" She said with a wide smile, looking at Asher and frowning a bit. "Your armour is the reason you get hurt, honey." She said as she felt the thin cloth, Asher groaning. "Mooom." He whined and she shook her head at him. Asher pulled up his sleeve and revealed chainmail under his clothes. "I have to wear this now. Levi got worried." Asher said and Marigold looked a bit happier, smiling at Levi. "I bet!" She said with a small laugh.

She caught up with the boys for a bit, being sure not to mention Levi's and Asher's relationship. The boys walked off after a while, still having a lot to look at. Asher was in the middle of explaining the meaning behind a statue, when someone called out his name. "Well! If it isn't Asher!" A guard called out and Asher looked over, a guard walking over from his post. Other guards watched and Asher forced a smile, stepping forward. "Hey! Yeah, I'm in town for some political business.." Asher said awkwardly, the guard nodding along. "What's with your get up?" The guard asked as he motioned to Asher's outfit. "I'm engaged in war, I'm afraid. Can't be too sure. This is my- Well, no this is Levi's, the tall blonde guy, team. I'm his right hand man." Asher said, his words stiff and unpleasant to listen to. "Right.." The guard said in an amused tone, talking to Asher for a short while.

The guard walked off after a bit and Asher let out a sigh of relief, his face flushed. Levi reached down and subtly grabbed Asher's hand. "That was tough, huh? Next time, if that happens, we'll say how busy we are." Levi said gently and Asher glanced at him, smiling weekly. "That's a better idea then what I did." He admitted and Levi chuckled, letting go of Asher's hand. The rest of the day blew by, the team going to sleep after a long day. They were awoken by just a knock at the door, which meant Asher was able to sleep in the same bed as Levi the following night. They attended the meeting, it being easier then they had anticipated. Once that was done, they were free to do whatever. Red split up, the others going shopping while Asher and Levi had some alone time.

They walked together down a street together, Hawkins street to be exact, stepping along the cobblestone path. "Erelux is basically the same." Levi said softly and Asher nodded along to his words. "It's an old city, what can you say?" Asher said with a smile, Levi pausing in the street. Levi glanced around, making sure no one was around. He leaned down and gently kissed Asher, catching the smaller one off guard. It was the first time they had kissed while in Erelux, as kissing in front of the others would be awkward. Levi pulled away and smiled warmly at Asher, who blushed and looked away. "Aw, cute." Levi said and Asher giggled quietly, nudging Levi. "Says you." Asher said with a wide smile, Levi nudging him back. They kept walking, having thought no one saw them. While they walked away, a figure stood from a bush, grinning and continuing to follow the couple.

After an hour or two of walking, Asher had let Levi go off. Asher walked by himself, coming to the centre of the city. His mom wasn't working today, as others took care of the flowers. Flowers were so delicate and sweet, he could relate to them at times. Hence why his mother sometimes called him, 'his flower.' Well, she hadn't done that since he was just a kid. All his sweet and reminiscing thoughts came to a screeching halt, as a harsh voice yelled something at him. "Hey, faggot!" A guardsmen watching one of the exits yelled towards Asher. At first, he didn't know it was yelled at him. When he did, his face flushed red and he froze, watching the guard walk closer to him.

Asher knew he could win in a fight against this random guard, but he couldn't. He was frozen, flushed with embarrassment as everyone around him stared. He had to keep up an impression, he had to pretend to be seen as what this town claimed was normal. Now, he couldn't. "W-What?" Asher managed to stutter out, the guard looming over him. For once, Asher felt helpless and weak. "You know what I said." The guard simply shot at him, Asher feeling frozen. "Wh-Why did you call me that?" Asher slowly got out, the guard raising an eyebrow. "You were seen kissing a boy on Hawkins street." The guard sneered, putting his hands on his chest and pushing Asher over. Asher gasped and fell onto the stone, biting his lip. Had someone been watching them?

"I-I.." Asher stammered, not knowing what to say. He simply closed his eyes, praying to whatever was out there, that this was all just a bad dream. Asher heard footsteps and the guard swore loudly. Asher opened his eyes, Jackson suddenly standing in front of Asher, the guard having been shoved away. Another guard had started to walk over, yelling at Jackson. Jackson didn't move and Asher slowly began to stand, having realize how many times his team had to protect him. Even though he was the strongest, he was reckless and at times, the weakest. "What do you think you're doing, putting your hands on a guard?!" The other guard yelled, being right in Jackson's face. Jackson didn't move, didn't even flinch.

"He was insulting my friend. I can't let that slide." Jackson calmly said back, Asher seeing the others run up. Asher saw Levi and weakly smiled in his direction. "Oh look, the other fag is here too." The first guard simply said once he saw Levi. "How about you stop insulting them!" Harper yelled at the guards, standing next to Asher. "Insulting them? It's disgusting, I have a right to say what I do." The guard said and Levi reached down, holding Asher's hand softly. "How is being in love disgusting? It's not disgusting when you kiss your girlfriend, so why is it disgusting when two boys kiss?" Dakota argued and Asher thought a fight would break out. What happened, was even worst then what he thought.

"Gentlemen!" A loud, and commanding voice yelled out. The two guards immediately stood straight, looking ready as ever. Asher knew the voice, and his heart sank. He felt as if he wanted to run and hide. A tall, who stood at about 6'0, walked up. He had dark brown hair and brown eyes, a stern look over his face. "What is going on here?" The male said loudly, his voice booming. He noticed Asher, who was still frozen and holding onto Levi's hand. "Asher." The male said simply and Asher gulped a bit. "H-Hi, dad.." Asher said weakly, his hands starting to shake. The rest of Red seemed surprised that this was Asher's father, besides Levi. Levi just stared forward, not saying a word.

Asher's father was named Elliot, and he was a head guard. He was strong and blunt. Father wise, he was terrible. He clearly did not care for Asher or his well being, once admitting he never even wanted a child. Elliot noticed the two holding hands and frowned a bit, looking a mix of angry and disappointed. "Levi, it's been a while." Elliot simply said and Levi just nodded, not letting go of Asher's hand. Elliot ordered the two guards to go back to their stations, the one glaring at Asher as he walked away. Many people watched, as it was about to get far more interesting. "This your team, Asher?" Elliot said sternly, looking over the boys. "Y-Yes.." Asher said in a feeble tone, not being able to look his dad in the eyes.

"Are you the leader?" He simply asked and Asher gulped, shaking his head. "N-No, Levi is.. I'm his right hand man.." Asher weakly said, Elliot glancing over Asher. "Who decided that?" Elliot asked, his voice showing he was slightly annoyed. "N-No one.. it just happened." Asher said, becoming weaker with every word. Elliot huffed and turned his back to them, rolling his eyes slightly. "How disappointing." Elliot mumbled to himself, Asher burying his face in Levi's arm, near tears. "How is he even close to being a disappointment." Levi shot at him, his time staying mellow. "He isn't the leader, yes, but he's the strongest. He can take out everyone else on our team, barehanded." Elliot paused, turning to look at Levi.

"He can do that while our whole team had weapons. He's strong, he's powerful. He knows what the hell he's doing and yet, you have to nerve to say it's disappointing? He was a guard at thirteen, that takes a lot to become. Even if his deadbeat father is a head guardsmen, as if that'll help him! He's been training hard since he was thirteen, maybe even younger! He knows what the hell he is doing, he worked hard to get to this point in his life!" Levi said, clearly being irritated at this point. "If you can't accept that, well then we'll just go." Levi finished and turned away, walking off and pulling Asher along. The others followed, walking out of the centre first.

Levi paused and glanced back, wanting to add insult to injury. He pulled Asher close, and kissed his boyfriend. Asher blushed deeply but kissed back, gripping onto him. Levi pulled away and grinned, walking away with his boyfriend on his arm. After a few streets, Levi paused and hugged Asher tightly. "Fuck, are you okay?" Levi asked him, clearly worried. "Y-Yeah. I was just scared.. Thanks for having my back, guys." Asher said slowly as he looked at the others. Asher leaned up and kissed Levi on the cheek. "You two are so cute." Vincent said happily and Bailey nudged Choco a bit. "Shhh, don't ruin the moment!" Asher simply let out a small laugh, standing close to Levi.

Far away from Erelux, stood a base. A base coated in blue. Xavier and co. lounged around, waiting for them to return. The door opened and Xavier turned, Albi and Lucas stepping through. "Oh, have we got some news for you!" Lucas said with a wide grin, sitting down on the couch. "For one, Erelux is pretty." Lucas said with a hum, Albi sitting next to him. "We didn't get much practical news, but we got some gossip." Albi said with a chuckle, Xavier raising an eyebrow. "Oh? Do tell." Xavier said, Sage listening in from where he stood.

"Biggest news first? Apparently, Levi and Asher are dating." Albi said and Sage let out a squeak, turning and looking at them. "T-They are? Aww.." Sage said, whispering the last part. "Interesting." Xavier said with a nod, asking what else they had gathered. The two shared some smaller details about the others. "So, I may of off handed mentioned to a guard that Asher and Lachlan kissed.." Lucas said innocently. "Which resulted in a guard yelling something rude at Asher, which completely made him vulnerable. It was a sight to see, the strongest member of Red, looking as if he was going to break down into tears." Albi said and Xavier looked surprised. "Really now? What else happened?" Xavier eagerly asked the two boys.

"Red stepped in and told the guards to back off. A fight would've broke out if this head guard didn't step in. Another fact about Asher, major daddy issues. This head guard was his father and man, was it awkward! Asher looked broken, so mentioning his dad is probably a bad idea. If you know what I mean." Albi said and Xavier just nodded along to what he said. "Levi stole the spotlight by telling his dad off, even calling him a deadbeat. Quite impressive, actually. Asher was too scared to say anything!" Lucas added in and Noah whistled slowly. "Wow. It would've been weird seeing Asher so.. weak. He always seems so strong." Noah said softly and Miles nodded along. "Other then that, nothing happened." Albi said with a shrug and Xavier smiled at the two. "You two did amazing. Thanks for going all that way. Sage?" Sage squeaked and looked at Xavier, asking what he needed. "I'm going to need you to write me a letter. You have nicer handwriting, after all."
