asher snuck into blue

  Asher stared into the base from his hiding place, having a good look at the place. He had snuck off and found blue's base, after much searching from other days. The teams did not know the location of each other's bases, so this was huge. Asher knew he could just go home and tell Levi about his find. But, for whatever reason, he wanted to sneak in. He climbed down the tree and headed to an area on their wall that wasn't exactly guarded. Asher simply wore his armour, his hood up and his mask covering most of his face. He only had his knife on his, as he never left without it.

He made sure no one was around before he jumped the wall, hiding behind a building. Blue team had this huge base with several buildings, walls surrounding them. Red team simply had a normal looking house, most of their base being set underground. He moved buildings, moving quite far from the wall. He snuck around the building, peeking around a corner. He saw Noah and Felix in the distance, who were seeming to practice together. Asher watched them for a bit, Noah seeming to glance over. Asher moved his head away and cursed under his breath, wondering if he was seen.

When a sudden loud alarm was sounded, Asher knew he had to leave. Now. He didn't waste any time and darted away from the building. He moved fast and keep moving around, nor wanting to run in a straight line. It'd make it easier to shoot him. He could hear footsteps around him, his mind couldn't help but focus on it. He panted and saw the wall, knowing that jumping it would have to be a quick task. He ran as fast as he could, turning a corner. Instead of being blessed with freedom, he was blessed with Sage, who simply made him levitate with his magic.

It happened so fast, it confused Asher for a moment. "Good Sage, Rob!" Xavier called out as Sage headed over to the centre, a floating Asher following him by force. Sage lowered Asher a bit and Xavier stepped up, pulling off Sage's mask. "Oh, its you." Xavier said simply and Asher huffed, not very happy that he had been caught. Then again, his fault for deciding to go in alone. "Why are you here?" Xavier asked and Asher bit the inside of his lip. "No reason, really. Just stumbled upon the area." Asher said innocently, not liking the fact that everyone around him was completely armed. He could handle some fighting unarmed, but eight against one wasn't gonna slide.

"Really?" Xavier asked with raised eyebrows and Asher nodded, Xavier telling Sage to put down Asher. "Then let us return you." Xavier said in a sweet tone and Asher was confused, raising his eyebrows at him. "Why?" Asher asked slowly and Xavier stared at him. "We can't let you leave yourself. What if you return or just pretend to leave?" Xavier said seriously and Asher sighed, knowing Xavier just wanted to be cautious. "Fine. But you all don't need to come. I'm not that strong." Asher said with a shrug and Xavier let out a laugh. "I beg to differ." Xavier commented and Sage couldn't help but blush a bit, turning his head away.

Miles, Matthew, Lucas, and Albi stayed back, Xavier saying they needed some people to watch the base. They set off and Asher bitterly walked with the four, still annoyed that he was caught. He should've been more careful. Sage walked next to him, being quite silent. Which was a shame, he was the only one Asher would be fine chatting to. Levi said Sage was always a gentle and kind soul, so Asher trusted him more then the others. For all he knew, Blue could turn around and kill him at any time. "So, what's your deal?" Xavier asked and Asher scoffed slightly. "What the hell is that suppose to mean?" Asher asked in a very chilling tone.

"Where are you from? What's your motive? No one knows who you are." Xavier said back to him, not being afraid by Asher's tone. "You're a killer and a theft, as far as I know." Vik added calmly and Asher clenched both of his fists, staring at the ground and staying silent for a moment. "If that's the case, so is Sage. I know he shot Theo." Asher said harshly and Sage felt his whole body turn stiff. Noah and Felix both glanced at Rob with wide eyes, having not known that. Only Xavier knew it, as Sage didn't want everyone to know his grave mistake. "A smart cookie, you are." Xavier said, keeping his calm and mature voice.

"I know the arrows Felix and Miles were using at the time. They weren't the same. Levi knows, too." Asher huffed and Sage felt as if he could cry. "I won't tell. I can sympathize with Sage. But know, that others won't." Asher finished saying as he looked at Sage, knowing the sinking feeling all too well.
