"Zaira?" The surprise was evident in the voice. More like the shock. I could hear the sound very well but decided to ignore it nevertheless.
"Wake up right now, young lady" I groaned at her commanding voice. This seemed to have angered her more. "What do I do with you? " exasperated, she let out a sigh. And to my utter happiness I heard her walk away.
I didn't bother opening my eyes as I nestled into my comfortable bed. Oh my soft soft pillows. Sleep overcame me again as I slowly started to drift off.
To say to the very least, my happiness was short lived. Ice cold water was splashed on my face. Not just my face but my entire body.
I opened my eyes at once to find her staring at me. Eyes wide with a sly grin. " Wake up Zai, it's almost noon" the smile on her face kept getting bigger as she felt a sense of triumph.
I let out a scream in frustration and I could her mum laughing. No wonder Zefiria was telling her what she just did to me.
Unwillingly I walk to the bathroom joined to my room. My clothes were fully drenched and I needed a shower to get this sleep out of my system.
Standing under the shower. I let the warm water trickle down my face. I stood under the shower for a good 30 minutes when Ria called me for breakfast. She is such a control freak my god.
Putting on my clothes hastily. I walked around the room looking for ny comb. I always seem to lose it. That's when I heard it, mom's piercing scream. I knew something was wrong.
I wanted to go down but something stopped me "attack" Ria mind linked me, "run away" and that's what I did. I ran away. I jumped from my window out of the house when Ria's scream filled the place. I didn't dare to turn back. My bare feet was sliding against the grass as I ran towards the forest. My one safe zone. I was almost out when suddenly pain rippled through my stomach. I looked down to see blood oozing out.
The last thing I saw was a black wolf crouched staring at my face baring his teeth. And I passed out.
