Hey!!! So I figured I would do this just 'cuz. Lots of people put poetry on here and stuff so I figured, why not write some letters I will never send to my crush? So ya, not the sappy person? Don't read. If you enjoy this this, go on ahead and enjoy. Btw, all that is in here has happened, meaning we still don't know the ending.

Dear Crush,

Today is the first time I saw you. I had gone to the gym in hopes to perfect my jumpshot with my best friend, as I had hoped to get on the basketball team in the fall. All I know is I am absolutely horrible at it. But there you were, decked out in your baggy shorts and grey t-shirt. I recognized you from school, the older brother of one of the most popular guys in my grade. You are what they call a "heartbreaker" and every time I had seen you, you were with another girl. I didn't really care before, but then I saw you at the gym.

At first I didn't care that you were there; I just shrugged and continued on, noting that you were there with a guy from my class, and his older brother. A friend of yours, I guess. But then, the worst thing, yet the best thing happened. My best friend walked up to you and your friends and told them I wanted to scrimidge you. To my horror, you and your friends agreed, and the game had begun.

It was me and my friend, against you and yours. I was in charge of making sure you didn't make a basket. Unfortunately, you are incredibly quick on your feet. I can never remember having so much fun in my life.

Although you were incrediby quick, you could never get you feet under yourself. Such a klutz. Well, maybe I tripped you. But somehow or another we both fell on the ground, me sprawled across your chest. For a moment all either of us could do is stare.

Until I leap off of you, as if struck by by electricity, leaving a sting of appologies in my wake. I could feel my face become pink. Somehow the game continued on, me against you, the other two long forgotten. We were tied, one last shot could end the game. I could feel the sweat drops running down my face.

If you were tired, you barely showed it. The only thing that gave it away was the slight shortness of breath. The way your toned chest heaved up and down. I stared, completely distracted. Distracted enough for you to slip behind me and make a basket. I can't help but see that as an omen.

You looked at me, your mysterious dark eyes so new to me. I searched them; though I had no idea what I was looking for. Maybe I wanted to know if you really were what everyone claimed him to be: a heart-breaker and a jerk.

Then, your friends were calling you, just like mine was calling me. We met each others gaze one last time, All I know is one thing: I want to solve the mystery that is you.
