"Stop it!" Came Noah's booming voice. It seemed that he was trying to stop two people: a boy I did not recognize and him. Of course. The stranger, a bully-other words I wish I could call him for being a jerk to me. But I couldn't help but wonder what was going on. So I walked up to Noah and gave him a questioning look.

"This guy was trying to ruin Dad's car, and the bully you ran into in the store came up and they started fighting. Bad history, I guess." I shaped my lips into an "o" shape in understanding. I took my phone out and typed up a message for Noah.

'Do you want me to break them up?'

"Yes, please." He said with a smirk. I cracked my knuckles, hinting to Noah to warn the guys. "You guys might want to break it up. Now." He was trying to contain a laugh. I'm guessing the stranger from earlier got the hint, explaining why he backed off as the prankster turned to me.

"What if we don't?" He said with snide smirk. I just smirked back-but with a wink. His eyes widened in recognition.

     Nighty Night.

I kicked him square in the nose-hopefully not breaking it, just giving him a bloody nose. He fell straight to the ground, unconscious.

Thank goodness it was the latter. I did not want to be in that mess.

"I'm going to try and take a look at Dad's car." I give him a pleading glance to not leave me with the two boys. He just chuckles and walks back to the car. I was going to focus on listening to music to pass time, but I found that my headphones weren't on my ears. In a fit of panic, I started shaking and looking around frantically. I just didn't know how long I hadn't been wearing them. The bully noticed, I guess, because he gave me a look of concerned and walked closer to me.

"Are you okay? What are you looking for?" I backed up and typed up a note.

'My headphones! I can't find them! Can you please help me?'

"Yeah, sure. Where did you see them last?" His concerned demeanor softened to one of guilt. I gestured that the parking lot was the last place I saw them. He nodded and started walking off. Instead of walking further, he stopped and turned to me. "I'm sorry for earlier. I have just had a bad day. But if you're up for it, I would like to start over?" I gave him a reassuring nod.

'Just as long as you help me find my headphones.'

     He just chuckled.

This town may not be as bad as I thought.
