"Fucking hell, what a drama queen," James snorted as he put his arm around Keiths shoulders as the paler boy stared at the closed doors.

"Get off asshole," Keith snapped pushing him off.

"Come on babe, you know I can treat you better," James smirked as he grabbed Keiths waist but Keith grabbed his hair as he kneed James in the gut.

"I said get off. Asshole." Keith sneered as James grunted in pain.

"No one is better than lance, compare yourself to him again and I'll do more than just a little hit to the gut," Keith hissed in his ear.

"Why? Afraid everyone's going to find out how much of a slut you are?" James shoves Keith against the lockers.

"No, cause you mean nothing to me, your nothing but a warm mouth and a sloppy one minute," Keith smirked darkly.

James turned red but slammed his fist against Keiths face as the shorter boy fell to the ground as he held his lip that was busted now.

"Seriously? How is lance even better as handling me than you?" Keith licked his lip smirking up at James but tripped him as he snarled kicking James in the stomach. James grabbed Keith as he started to slam Keiths head against the floor but Keith grunted as he grabbed James hair again and slammed his forehead into his nose.

James cried out holding his nose as blood started to rush out but didn't have time to block Keiths next punch to his face.

"I'd say thanks for the good time but it really wasn't, so I'll just say fuck you instead," Keith spat blood at him as James stayed on the ground in pain.

Keith sighed walking out as he grabbed his phone but felt someone grab his arm. He was about to start swinging again but saw it was Shiro.

"We need to talk," Shiro said sternly as the two went outside and Keith immediately tried to find lance but he wasn't here anymore.

"You okay?" Shiro sighed as he looked at Keiths bruises on his face, bloody lip, and a cut on his forehead.

"Never better but the adrenaline is leaving so it's getting worst," Keith shrugged stuffing his hands in his pockets. "Don't you have a boyfriend to get back too?"

"Enough with the attitude," Shiro snapped and Keith pursed his lips nodding softly.

"What happened at the party?" He sighed crossing his arms.

"I... hooked up with griffin because I was pissed off..."

"And why were you pissed off?" Shiro closed his eyes as Keith wasn't helping the situation.

"I.. um lance said he loved me, but he was drunk so it doesn't mean anything," Keith turned away glaring.

"And that pisses you off?" Shiro turned him back.

"I-I-I..." Keith couldn't find the words.

"Fine, it fucking terrified me, not exactly I get told that by mommy and daddy every night before going to bed, you were the last person to ever say that and look at well that turned out!" Keith grew angry again as he looked Shiro in the eyes darkly.

"You still love me?" Shiro asked softly.

"No! Not after what you did I wouldn't never love you again," Keith poked his chest harshly as Shiro looked away guilty.

"Then you love him too..." Shiro smiled softly at him.

"Lance doesn't love me," Keith scoffed.

"From what I saw, how he was so upset, he does, he wouldn't be that hurt if he didn't," Shiro touched his shoulder gently.

Keith looked down guilty but in pain as well. He messed up, bad. He didn't know if it is love, it felt different than what he and Shiro had.

They both jumped as they saw a police car pull up to the school and a tall officer got out as he raised an eye brow seeing Keiths beat up face.

"Keith Kogane?"

"Shit, Not again... hey... Kolivan..."

"Moms going to be pissed when she finds out your skipping," Rachel teased as the twins finished he cheesy fries as lance had chicken tenders and Rachel had a burger before.

"Yea right, it's Jess I'm worried about yelling at me," lance scoffed as he mixed a plain fry in his chocolate shake he had after finishing the strawberry.

"I miss this," Lance smiled a little at his sister and Rachel chuckled nodding.

"It's a twin thing I think," she teased.

"Is John still at home?" Rachel asked softly. He nodded.

"Has he hurt you again? Then I'm defiantly kicking Keiths ass for making it worst for you," she glared and Lance pursed his lips.

"Last week John did and he pushed rosy, I took her and got out of there for the day, Marco is moving out with the baby and all," Lance sighed running a hand through his hair.

"God dammit, maybe I should come back, I can pick up at your school from where I'm at," Rachel clenched her fists but lance grabbed her hand quickly.

"No, rach, you finish out where you are, I can graduate early still, I gave you the better school for a reason," lance smiled at her as Rachel huffed.

"I don't like that your in this alone, with Marco moving out and Ronnie and Luis already out, it's just you and mom stuck with that asshole," Rachel glared at her plate.

"Yea and I'm not leaving mom alone with him, but I'm strong as or stronger than him, I've done some damage back," lance smiled proudly and Rachel laughed shaking her head.

"We need to get him out of there or in rehab before we graduate, I'm moving back in before mom can even think about living with him alone," Rachel sighed pulling her hair to the side.

"And you don't think blue will do anything? Please she's a warrior at heart," lance put a hand on his chest as Rachel looked at him unamused.

"Blue may be a pitbull but she's a total wimp, she's all love and no bite," Rachel snorted.

"Yeaaa just as I like her," lance cooed.

Suddenly he saw his phone ringing. He expected his mother to be calling angrily but instead he saw a number he didn't recognize.

"Hello?" He answered and Rachel raised an eye brow.

"What? Really I'm number one? Fine, I'll be there in like twenty, thank you," lance hung up with a long sigh as Rachel stoke a fry.

"Keith got arrested for assault," lance told her flatly.

"And they called you?" She asked.

"I guess, I'll call you tonight for details," lance got up as well as Rachel as they hugged quickly.

"You better dipshit," she poked his nose and lance chuckled exiting the diner as he went to his car.
