New Start [Jinhongseok]

Hongseok's POV:
"OMG! HE'S GONNA BE HERE SOON!" I was running around trying to get my house to look somehwhat presentable (since he pretty much had clothes and workout equipment laying around everywhere). Yes, I like to workout, but do I ever have the energy to put all my stuff away afterwards? Nope. I left it lying around and now feel like my procrastination in cleaning my room will lead to me giving such a cute guy the wrong impression of myself.

"He's going to think I'm a slob if I don't finish picking all of this up", I nagged. I began picking up all the clothes I had lying around and trying to keep mostly everything in order. I want his place to look like a nice cozy area for doing work, since I'm is tutoring Jinho after all. I thought of Jinho and how cute he looked that morning.

I didn't know how I hadn't noticed Jinho sooner. He was so cute. I had heard of him but had never really taken time to take in Jinho's features. He was a lot better looking than most of the guys in their class. He had nice brown hair that with the way it was styled gave Jinho the bad boy kind of vibe. The way his eyes formed little crescents when he smiled made me want to awe and his plump lips were so enticing.

I snapped out of my thoughts of the cute boy in my English class when I heard my phone buzz. I looked over to see someone had sent him a message.

Jinho:
I'll be over at your house in 10! Hope
you're ready to attempt teaching
me English!😂

I looked back at the message and looked at his room. I still had half his room to finish so he began to rush his chores. I shoved all his dirty clothes into his closet. I used cleaner to wipe down my desk and drawers and even vacuumed so my room was presentable. When I finished vacuuming the last little bits of trash in my room I heard the sound of his doorbell being rung. I rushed down to the living room checking that if it was Jinho. I noticed that the small brunette was indeed outside and decided to fix my hair a little bit before letting him in.

"Hey Jinho!" I greeted Jinho with a dorky smile. Jinho smiled back.
"Hey! Ready to study?" Jinho asked me.
"Yeah. Come on in." I moved out the way and told Jinho to follow him up to his room.

Jinho's POV:
I walked into Hongseok's house and was shocked to see how tidy it was. I thought back to my house and the mess I left trying to find all the things I would need to study. Hongseok told me to follow him up to his room. As we went up I noticed some pictures of what seemed to be his parents and a little girl. I wondered where they could be.

"Okay Jinho. We have to get you better with your English so let's see just how much you know." Hongseok looked over at me as if asking me for approval. I just nodded my head and sat in a chair near a desk in his room. His room looked comfy and I don't know why but I felt like I was at home. I looked around Hongseok's room and noticed that there almost everything was black, red, and white. He had pictures the ones in the hallway leading to his room. He also had a lot of books. I didn't realize that Hongseok was so into reading and school.

"Jinho! Are you listening to me?" I snapped out of my thoughts once I realized Hongseok was trying to talk to me.
"No I'm sorry I was looking at all the things in your room. Didn't mean to space you out like that," I said nervously while scratching my head.
"It's okay. I mean it is your first time here and I mean if I had to be tutored over something like this I probably wouldn't pay attention either." He said letting out a light laugh at the end. "We should start with having a normal conversation. I'll see just how good you are with your English."

"Hello Jinho. My name is Hongseok. I like to read, sing, and workout. I'm going to turn 21 soon and hope to do something with music when I'm older." Hongseok finished talking and I thought for a moment what I should respond.
"Hi my name is Jinho. I like to sing. I like food and I'm turning 23 soon." I tried to mimick what Hongseok said but because I love food I thought I'd share that little bit about me.
      "Good job. You know some things so that means we're not starting completely from scratch." He said as he looked over some things in a book he pulled out. I watched him exam the book he opened up. It seemed interesting.

"Okay Jinho. Now we're going to test your ability to speak and pronounce more than just some simple words."  Hongseok looked up at me and I guess he realized I was confused. He left out a small sigh and I could already tell it would be a long while before I went home.

Sorry my lovelies that I don't post that much. School Finals and EOC's have been kicking my ass. But I'll be posting more often since I'm about to have a two week break😛
