Two Worlds Collide

Chapter 9

Jaden P.O.V

“Morning, beautiful,” I said to Aspyn as she woke up. That was what I said to her everyday when she woke up, because I always wanted her to know how beautiful she was, and after last night (or this morning, I guess), I knew it was especially important. I never knew she was this insecure about herself. I didn’t think someone who looked like her could be insecure.  She got up to take a shower. While she was in the bathroom, I was scrolling through pictures in my phone. I saw one of me and Aspyn kissing. When we had our little fight, she told me she wanted to go public. I would tweet this picture, and my 2 million+ Jadenators would know about us. I started the new tweet. 

“Who is this beauty, you may ask? This is my other half, my world, my everything. Follow her @AspynMartin <3 #MSFTSrep.”  I tweeted it, and all the tweets started coming in, asking me if that was girlfriend, how we met, and all that. Aspyn came out of the shower, and heard her phone beeping non-stop. “What’s up with all these Twitter notific- Jaden, what did you do?” She asked me. I just laughed. She looked through the notifications, and saw my tweet. “I can’t believe you said that,”  she said smiling. “Well, you wanted people to know about us right? Now, all of my fans know.” She came up to me and kissed me deeply. “Now, go get ready, and wear something pretty. We’re going out, so I can show you off some more,” I said to her. I had to make sure we had some kind of security around us, because I had some crazy fans. When I dated Stella, so many people tried to attack her because we were dating. I didn’t want anything to happen to Aspyn. She came out of the closet, and went straight to the bathroom. I followed her in there, and wrapped my arms around her waist. “You look gorgeous, as always,” I said, watching her in the mirror as she did her hair. “Thanks,” she said smiling. She reached for her makeup bag, but I grabbed her arm. “Stop.” I spun her around to face me and took her face in my hands. “You don’t need it,” I said. “Its sweet that you don’t think so, but I know I do. I look terrible without it, and you don’t have to lie just to make me feel good about myself,” she said turning towards the mirror, and staring in it. “Why do you look down on yourself so much? There is nothing wrong with you! What do you think is so horrible about yourself?” I asked her. “Well, my lips are too big, my eyes are too round, I’m too short, my butt is too big, my-” I cut her off. “Aspyn, thats enough. I have to counter that. Do you know how many people get surgery just to have lips like yours? They give the best kisses. I love your eyes, there one of my favorite things about your appearance. You’re not short, you’re just fun-size! And that ass of yours, lord, don’t get me started on that. Why do you think I’m smacking it all the time? I love everything about you. I know I tell you this everyday, and I know you don’t believe me, but I mean it. You are beautiful. I don’t want to ever hear you say you’re ugly, or that someone’s prettier than you, or anything like that, okay? I hope we don’t have to have this talk again.” She turned around to face me. “You’re alright, you know that?” I kissed her. “Come on lets go! I’m taking my baby shopping,” I said. She jumped on my back, and we left the room. 

Aspyn P.O.V

Did he really think all of that? I sure didn’t think so. It was all for a reason, though. We were already in the car, driving to the mall. It was taking a longer time, because we were going to one that was farther away. “Aspyn?” Jaden said, snapping me out of my thoughts.”Yeah?” I replied back. “You okay? You had this odd look on your face,” he said. “I’m fine,” I said. “You know, you never told me why you look down on yourself so much when we were in the bathroom,” he said. We came to a stop light, and there was a lot of traffic. We might be here awhile. “It’s nothing,” I said, looking out the window. “Baby, you can’t hide stuff from me. I know there’s a reason. I can tell.” He said. “How can you tell?” I asked. “Your wrist. You’re rubbing it. You always do that when you’re thinking about something.” Shit. He knew that already? “Fine, I’ll tell you. The last boyfriend I had was about two years ago. We were really close, and he was the first guy I ever loved. One day, he started getting really mad at me for no reason. He always accused me of cheating, and stuff like that. He called me a whore, a slut, worthless, ugly, a bitch. And I believed him. He used to always twist my arm back. Thats why I always rub my wrist when I’m thinking, because I’m usually thinking about what happened. I think I’m ugly because of him.” I looked back at Jaden, and he had a sad look in his eyes. “Aspyn, I know that must’ve been hard, and I know he was your first love. But that was 2 years ago. He didn’t know what he was talking about. You didn’t deserve any of that. But you need to try to forget about all those bad things that he did. It’s all in the past. I’m here now,” he said. He leaned over and kissed me. The light changed, and we kept on driving. When we got to the mall, we had 4 guys with us for security.  As soon as we walked in,  his fans started screaming and running up to us, asking for autographs and pictures. One girl came up to us, and looked at Jaden. “Hey Jaden,” she said smiling. “Hey what’s your name?” “Abbey,” she said. She looked at me and gave me a stank face. I looked away. “Why would you pick her when you could’ve been with me,” she said. She started touching his chest. He laughed and slowly backed away. I pulled away from Jaden’s hand and started to walk away. “Aspyn, wait a minute,” he said, walking towards me. “Bitch,” the girl muttered. Jaden turned around. “Baby, wait here,” he said. I did. “Let me tell you something. If you are rude to my girl, you’re not a true fan. If you really were my fan, you would be happy for me. Don’t ever call her anything like that again, got it? To all you guys that are supporting us, thank you. Y’all are true Jadenators.”  He came back to me and kissed me. “I’m so sorry, Aspyn. Don’t let her get to you. Always remember what I told you, alright?” He smiled at me, and I nodded. 

Jaden P.O.V

I cannot believe that girl said that. After what Aspyn told me in the car today, I knew that even some random person calling her something could set her off. I was walking with her through the mall, hand in hand. She seemed happy, for the most part. She brought me into stores, and had me tell her whether something looked good on her. If course, I thought everything looked amazing on her, but she always thought it made her but look too big, or her chest look to flat, our made her look fat. “Ok, let’s go check out-wait, this will be too expensive,” she said, going to put back some of the stuff. She said that in all the stores, even though I told her it was alright. I wasn’t going to bother telling her, because she would just refuse. We payed for the clothes, and left. “So, you have fun today?” I asked her. “I guess. I hate that you spent all that money on me though.” She said. “I already told you, Aspyn, its ok! I wanted to take you shopping,” I said to her. “Well, thanks,” she said. “No problem,” I said back to her. We were at the mall for hours and hours, so we decided to go home. We walked into the kitchen, to see Mel and Spin making out against the counter. “Well, look at the happy couple,” Aspyn said. Mel blushed, and looked down. “Your so cute when you blush,” Spin said as he lifted her chin. They continued their makeout session, forgetting we were even there. Aspyn rolled her eyes, and ran up the stairs. I followed her. She went into the closet to change, and came out wearing a hot pink sports bra, and black yoga shorts, with a pink band on them. Her hair was wavy, and she put it in a ponytail. She looked amazing. I must’ve been staring at her, because she said, “What Jaden?” “Huh? Oh nothing, I was just, uh-” “Staring? I knew it,” she said cutting me off and laughing. “C’mere,” I said, patting the bed. She layed down next to me. I laced my fingers with hers, and just looked at her. She laughed at me, and I knew it was because I was staring at her again. “Jaden, I’ve been meaning to ask you. Where are your parents? We’ve been here for weeks and I haven’t seen them once. Same with your sister,” Aspyn said. “Oh, they’re on vacation. They’re coming back in two days,” I said. “Do you want me to meet them now? If not, I could always ask Khalil and Heart if i could stay at their house,” she said. “Why wouldn’t I want them to meet you? You’re not going anywhere tomorrow,” I said. “Ok. But what if they don’t like me? You’re fans don’t like me,” she said. “Aspyn, what did I tell you! Just because some random trick said something stupid, doesn’t mean the rest of my fans will too! I’ll prove it to you.” I picked up my laptop and opened Twitter. I showed her all the tweets congratulating us on our relationship, and all the good wishes. “You wanna go on Ustream?” I asked her. “If you want to, I guess,” she said. “I logged into Ustream, and tweeted that I was on. 100s and 100s of people began to come. “Hi guys,” I said. A ton of messages came in telling me hi, and how they were so excited to see me on here. A bunch of people also asked who’s hand was on camera. I didn’t even notice I was still holding Aspyn’s hand. She wasn’t in the camera right now, because she thought she looked bad. “It’s my girlfriend’s,”I said. Everyone started asking to see her. “Babe, they wanna see you’re face,” I said. “I look horrible right now,” she said. “Aspyn, I’m not even gonna tell you this, because you know what I’m gonna say.” I said. “No, Jaden,” she said. “Well guys, she doesn’t wanna show her face. She thinks she doesn’t look good. Maybe y’all can convince her. The messages started flooding in. Everyone said she was gorgeous and beautiful and how they wanted to see her so bad. “See babe? What did I tell you? Everyone thinks you’re absolutely gorgeous. Now will you show your face?” I asked. She got up, and scooted closer to me. “Hi guys,” she said smiling. People were saying the same things as before. I saw someone say “Damn ma, you sexy a’f.”  “Yo, calm all that down, she’s mine,” I said. I kissed her, and she laughed. “Thank you guys for the compliments, they mean a lot,” she said smiling. I ended up blocking the guy from before, because he was getting a little too nasty for my liking. Aspyn laid down on my chest, and I put my arm around her, and kissed her forehead again. “Tired?” I asked. “A little. All that shopping you made me do was tiring,” she said laughing. Everyone started ‘aww’-ing, which made me laugh. A little bit later, someone told me that Aspyn had fallen asleep. I looked down at her, and she was. “I have to go guys. I’ll tweet y’all next time I’m on here. Thanks for all the love!” I closed the computer, and tried to wake Aspyn, but she wouldn’t wake up. I laughed. I moved the laptop onto the table, put the covers over us, and went to sleep.

This is where Aspyn and Jaden are gonna be left for a few chapters. We’ll check up on Heart and Khalil in the next chapter. Something might go down then…but we’ll see! Leave feedback, I already finished Chapter 10, and I’m going to work on 11 right now <3
