I feel so
Heartbroken
Rejected
Empty.
What's worse is it's my fault.
What's worse is that I made it feel the same way.
What's worse is I hurt a person I love.
Maybe it's because I hurt so bad
That I know I love you
I was so stupid to ever question
Something like this.
But I said it.
And now I can't take it back
As much as I would like to
The knife
Has dug too deep.
The tears that stream down my cheeks
Are tears of regret
Are tears of heartbreak
Are tears of longing
Are tears of absolute, total,
Pain.
