My One and Only

Part 10

Chapter 9

Niall stayed with me until two in the morning. Then he left. When i woke up he was laying next to me and i noticed that he changed clothes and bought me flowers. I smiled and he kissed me on the forehead telling me he was taking me out today. I could tell he was really trying to help me forget.

Niall went downstairs while i got ready. When i went downstairs Niall kussed me on the cheek. Kendel stared at us.

"so you guys are like ... You know" Kendel asked.

"yeah" Niall said proudly.

"you hurt her and your dead" Kendel scowled.

"KENDEL!!!" i yelled.

" sorry i forgot" he said looking guilty.

He glared at Niall and then left. I looked up at Niall.

"Ready?" he asked

"mhm" i grabbed my bag and we left.

Niall took me to the December Christmas Fair. We walked around for a while. Niall won a giant panda bear for me. We went on a few rides and had chinese food for lunch. By the time i got home it was late. I grabbed the mail and read a letter notifying me when my dad's funeral would be. I cried when i remember that Daddy wasnt with me. I knew he was with me spiritually but i needed him here physically. Christmas was a few days away and it was already the worst!

I went upstairs and sat at my computer. I emailed my aunt about everything. Then i just sat and stared blankly at the wall. I didn't know what to do. When i finally came back to reality i decided to go downstairs. I heard a knick at the door. When i opened the doir there was no one there but a box. I took the box inside and opened ut. When i saw that it was Daddy's stuff that was left i fell to the ground. At the bottom were two boxes for me and Kendel with a not saying not to open it till christmas. I put the boxes at the tree and began to watch videos of when i ws younger.

M favorite video was the one if the day adtwr my 5th birthday. I was playing with my new doll house and Jendel was at soccer so Daddy decided to have the best day ever. Daddy ha taken me for ice cream an he gave me a piggy back ride at the park and when i got home i bragged about it to Kendel who strted crying. That me and Daddy's best day ever.

After the last video Kendel came home. When he saw the box he didn't do anything. I knew Kendel wasn't as affected as i was. But then again i was a Daddy's girl. Kendel gave me hug. I knew he was teying his hardest.

Aftet dinner i went to bed. I had a hard time falling asleep but i eventually cries myself to sleep. My dream was dark and silent. I tried to find a happy time in my dreams. The only thing i wanted most of all was for Daddy to be alive and safe.
