Joe and I started packing boxes and tossing thing's out for our big moving day when the doorbell rang. Stacy, Noah what are you two doing here? I asked. Hi Kelisha, Noah wanted to come and drop off a gift that he made for Kendall and you if that's ok with you. Of course please come inside. I told them.

Hey, Joe we have guest. I said to him. Who is it? He asked. It's Noah and Stacy. I responded back to him. I'll be there in a second. Joe wrapped his arms around me and kissed the nape of my neck. Hey hot stuff he whispered in my ear. I blushed really hard and said hey to you as well good looking before taking his face and kissing his sexy lips.

We hadn't noticed Noah standing there until his little voice said eww gross. Joe, Stacy and I started to laugh. Sorry Noah I said to him as we all laughed really hard. What's up buddy? Joe said asked Noah. I came to bring Kendall and Mrs. Kelisha a gift I made for the two of them. That's thoughtful of you. Said Joe.

Kendall isn't here at the moment but I would love to see what you made for me. Sure here you go. I took the gift out of Noah's hand and opened it up. He had painted a picture of Joe and I standing outside of the Victorian house that we were in the process of moving into in a few day's. Wow Noah you made this for me and all by yourself? Yes ma'am he said to me.

I love it. I can't wait to get a frame for it and hang it over the fireplace in the new house. I said to him right before walking over to give him a big hug. Hey Stace can I talk to you for a minute? Joe had asked her. Yeah of course she responded back. Joe and Stacy walked towards the kitchen while Noah and I stayed back in the living room.

Mrs. Kelisha where is baby Kendall at? She's with her dad right now. I told him. Oh Is she coming back today? Yes but not until after dinner.  I thought Mr. Joe was her dad. Well Noah he is but it's a long story and not for you to understand yet. I'm sorry I -I didn't mean to ask so many question's.  Noah it's okay I am not mad at you for asking question's. You are only seven and very curious that's all. 

Would you like something to eat or drink? I offered to him. Yes ma'am he said to me. What would you like to have? We have water, juice, hot cocoa, tea. To eat I can make you whatever you would like. Let's go see what we can whip you up I said to him as I took his small hand inside of mine. We headed for the kitchen to find Joe and Stacy sitting at the table talking.

Hey Noah said he is hungry and thirsty so I said I will make him something to eat if that is okay with you Stacy. That's fine she said to me as she wiped a few tears away from her face. Do you like pizza or Chinese Noah? I asked him. I've never had Chinese before he said to me. Well if it's okay with your mom how about you and I go grab Chinese food for lunch while your mom and Joe talk.

Mommy can I please go get some Chinese food pretty please mama? Noah asked Stacy. Yes of course baby you can go. Thank you she whispered to me before I turned to head to get my purse out of the bedroom. Stacy what would you like to eat? Joe do you want what we normally get I asked him? Yes please. I took everyone's order and Noah and I were on our way to get lunch.

On our way back to the house I stopped at the pharmacy and picked up a few items we needed at the house. Noah was such a good sport I allowed him to pick out two items at the store. He picked out a pack of gum and a coloring book. I noticed he kept looking at a toy truck that he really wanted but didn't pick up. Noah and I headed back to the house after we left the pharmacy.

On my way back home I called to check up on Kendall to make sure she was being good for her dad and the crew. Donnie and I were on the verge of ending our call when Joe walked outside to help me with the bags. Noah and Joe took all of the bags in the house and Donnie and I finished up our conversation.

I walked in the house to  Joe setting up everyone for lunch. Is everything ok with Kendall babe? He asked me. Yes I just wanted to see how she was doing and if they needed anything else for her, but Donnie and Monica said she was fine and they had everything they would need for her for the next few hours. Oh good to hear my baby girl is doing well. He said to me. Yes she is.

I went to wash my hands before I grabbed a water out of the fridge and asked everyone else if they needed anything while I was already in there. Stacy and Joe said no and Noah wanted a glass of milk. I grabbed the milk and water and set down at the table. I had to tell Noah to slow down with his food and drink. I also told him he could have seconds as well.

Mama this is really good he said to Stacy. Yes baby boy it really is. Can we have this again whenever you can afford it. Sure Noah. Stacy said. Mrs. Kelisha can I take my coloring book home with me? Of course you can take it home. Once I clean up in the kitchen I will go see if I still have the crayons for you to have as well. Ok thank you.

You didn't have to buy him anything Stacy said to me. I know I wanted to. He's really a good kid. Thank you she said to me with a half smile. We all finished up our lunch and I went to get the crayons as promised to Noah. While I was searching for them Joe walked into the room and put his hands around my waist and gave me a kiss on the back of his neck. Hmm I miss your touch I said to him.

I spoke to Stacy and she said I don't need to take a test she knows who Noah belongs to. Oh she does? Yeah she said he belongs to my brother. She and him hooked up a few times when she was getting high. She had a test done when Noah was first born. See baby you have nothing to worry about. He said to me. Joe, I-I believed you I just well, Ugh can we talk about it later on when they leave? I asked him. Of course he said to me before slapping me on my butt and giving me a kiss before we walked out the door.

Hey Noah look what I found all for you. Oh man thank you very much Mrs. Kelisha. Can I use them now? It's okay with me but you have to ask your mother. I don't know if you guy's are leaving soon. It's cool with me. Stacy told him. It gives me time to talk to you and Joey. I cocked my head to the side and chewed on my bottom lip before I asked her what did she want to talk to us about.

We set Noah up in the living room with the tv a snack and his coloring book before we went into the kitchen to converse. I'm going to call my mom and see if she wouldn't mind grabbing Kendall and keeping her for the night. I said to Joey. Sounds good, but why not ask Donnie and Monica just t keep her since she is already over there and she doesn't get to spend much time with them as is. Are you sure that's what you want to do? I asked him. Yeah it's time to allow her to stay with them for the night.

I said ok and gave him a kiss on the top of his head before I headed out of the kitchen to call Donnie back. That didn't take long at all he said to me. Yeah he was actually about to call me and see if she could stay over since Alma was coming to visit them. So it worked out perfectly. Yes it did. I set back down at the table with Joe and Stacy. Sorry about that I need to make sure the baby was ok and to get her situated for the night.

I understand Stacy said. How old is she now? Before I could answer her Joe said very proudly she will be six months on Thursday. Nice. Well What did you want to talk about? I asked her.Well I wanted to let you know that you have nothing to worry about with Noah and I. What do you mean? Well I know you believed that Noah belongs to Joe. That's not the case at all. He is Joe's nephew.

Stacy listen I like Noah a lot and yes I was worried at first. But I realize that if Joe could except me and Kendall why can't I except Noah. But my main question is has he seen his father before. Stacy looked at Joe and then at me before shaking her head no. Why not? Joe asked. Because Eric is still strung out on drugs and we/ I can't find him anywhere at all and your sister won't talk to me anymore at all.

Does She know about Noah? She does but she told me I was a lie and that Eric Wouldn't want to know and doesn't need to know. Joe after your mom passed away and you and I split everything fell apart. I lost my family as well as yours. You lost your sibling's as well. I admit it was all my fault and I am so sorry for it all. I need to make thing's right. Not for me but for Noah. I need to make it right soon. Joe I don't have much  time to live. My mouth fell open when I heard these words come out of her mouth.
