The World Is My Oyster

Prologue

A young girl walked through the rain in her red jacket. At the red light district there was laughter everywhere. A man spotted her and called out to her but his voice was ignored.

She walked inside a cheap motel and heard some stuff being thrown around in head room.

"Goddammit, woman you are useless!", the woman was kicked by the man and the girl waited outside.

The fight had still not ended.

She sighed. She decided to go towards her brother's room. She knocked on the glass window. Her brother opened it up. His blonde hair and westernlike face features really was the proof of her mother's illegitimate affair.

"Sakura", he said. "Go back. It's not over yet".

"Onii-sama, let me stay with you or come with me for a walk. Please I don't want to be alone".

Another crash and scream was heard as well as crying. Dan sighed. He didn't want to leave his mother to die but there was nothing he could do. Then he saw his sister looking at him pleasingly and finally gave in to her puppy eyes.

He jumped out from the window and they disappeared before the man was about to beat him.

Not seeing the brat made him lose his mind but quickly calmed down as he went to the whore house to work off some anger.

Sakura and Dan sat on swings at a park that was in a friendly neighbourhood. They laughed and told each other stories.

Soon a black fancy car arrived and Dan made a joke as he wondered who that could be. Sakura looked at him and hugged him for as long as she could while the people from the car came towards them. One of them looked like an older version of Dan. They stared at each other recognizing each other's features and arrived to the same conclusion.

The man brought out a pink Hello Kitty bag and gave it to the girl as he grabbed the boy.

"Let me go!", Dan struggled. "Sakura help me!".

He looked back and he realized that the girl had taken out a bunch of cash to count and he realized that she had sold him. She had sold her own brother to these strangers.
