Chapter 7- Whispers and Grinches

Reece's POV

I flutter my eyes open and feel a familiar body next to mine and chest underneath my head. I smile as I breathe in Ruels scent and snuggle  closer to him. I take a breif look at his  huge bedroom and spy his aria on his desk. I let out a sigh and find a huge smile on my face. I look towards Ruels face and giggle. His mouth is open, eyes scrunched tight and light snoring he looks adorable. I look at him a little longer studying every nook and line of his beautiful face.

"Whatcha staring at?" U giggle as he opens is beautiful hazel  eyes and smiles at me. I run a hand through his hair before saying,

"My ugly boyfriend obviously!" Helets out a low raspy chuckle and pulls me closer to him.

"I love you" He says in a whisper next to my ear giving me goosebumps before placing a kiss on my neck and I sigh.

" I love you too" I say and just as I'm about to pull my lips to his, CoCo decides to burst through the door,

" Ok I'm closing my eyes in case your both unclothed, but you both need to get up and come have breakfast! So stop messing around and get the hell up!" She rushes out of the room and I start hysterically laughing as Ruel turns a bright shade of red.

"I'm going to pretend she did not just say that!" I shoved Ruel  of the bed and he lets out a low grunt as he falls smack onto his floor.

I then proceed to try and run out of his room but fail miserably when Ruel grabs my ankle and pulls me down to him.

"Get here now Ruel and Reece!" Coco screams as we both stand up and sprint to the kitchen.

"Cokesha, wanna come see the grinch with us today?" I say as we take a seat at the table and I fill up my plate with toast.

"Hold up Reece we never agreed to see the grinch I told you I wanted to see that new surf doco" Me and Coco both glare at him and I scowl.

"Yeah I don't think so, so Coco you down?" She nods her head and we continue eating.

An hour later I'm wearing fake thick framed glasses and an ugly dress pretending to be Ruels 'cousin' for many different reasons. I laugh as I watch the movie with Ruel and intertwine my fingers with his underneath the arm rest. Trying to keep me and our relationship from the world is hard work and pretty sad.

I can tell Ruel feels the same too, by the way he keeps looking at my lips and hand as we walk out of the theatre.

"Definitley not as good as the original!" I say in fustration and everyone laughs.

"Reece is that you?When did you get glasses?" I turn my head to the one and only Samson Gray, and begin to internally freak out, and from the corner of my vision see Ruel and Coco start to rush towards me.

"Reece? I'm sorry kid who quite clearly knows my brother..." Coco says as they glare at each other, "This is our cousin Sophia! She's just visiting from the uh, um..."

"Bahamas!" I jump in trying to put on a lower voice.

"Anyway we must go!" Coco says and we begin to walk until I feel someone grab my arm and I'm face to face with Samson,

" See you later Sophia and good luck trying to keep this little secret Reece,cause I would really hate for this kind of stunt to be publicised everywhere" 

I stand there stunned, as I watch his retreating figure exit.

He wouldn't do that to us, would he?

Samson gray was like the grinch, who stole Ruel nor Christmas.
