VI - Yep

    Derieri and Monspeet look to Meliodas when he enters. "Hello, my prince," Monspeet greeted. They stood up and bowed to him. 

    "How was the mission?" Meliodas repeated. Derieri began talking. While he listened he observed his comrades as they relaxed. Galand and Melascula were wasted in the corner. Typical. Grayroad was over with Zeno and Aranak. 

    "It seems more and more goddesses are somehow infiltrating our realm," Monspeet finished off. Meliodas frowned.

    "I'll have to speak to the Demon King about that and figure out our plan from there," Meliodas decided. Monspeet and Derieri nodded in agreement. 

    Meliodas turned and left, leaving his mug on a stand. He made his way to his quarters, planning to just sleep the rest of the day, but stopped in front of the door. He glanced at Zeldris' room.

Should I check on him?

Wait- What? Why would I care?

It wouldn't hurt to...

    He ended going to the door and cracking it open. Zeldris was standing in his room. He heard the door creak and looked to it. "Oh hello, Brother!" Damnit.  Zeldris came up and fully opened the door. "I actually planning to find you."

    "What for?" Meliodas asked.

    "How did Gowther survive that?" Zeldris questioned. Great, now I gotta explain it. Meliodas sighed.

    "He's a doll."

    "What? How?"

    "Gowther created him."

    "Gowther created Gowther?"

    "Yes. Because of his commandment, he was imprisoned and he uses Gowther as a way of interacting with the outside world."

    "Oh. That's different."

    "Yep.  He's also a nuisance."

    "Do you think everyone's a nuisance?"

    "Yep."

    "Even me?"

    "Yep."

    There was a bit of silence. Meliodas broke it by saying, "Also Father has instructed that I and another high-ranking demon are to train you. So, I'll be teaching you magic." Zeldris seemed to light up at the news.

    "Be ready at the break of dawn or I'll be leaving without you to train alone."
