By The Fire

Luna rocked slowly in her chair as she used her patronus to entertain her baby. The little girl with silver hair giggled and reached for the bunny, eyes bright with joy. The fire crackled warmly in front of them as music played softly on the radio. 

The golden light of the setting sun streamed through the windows and the soft splashing of melting snow cold be heard. Neville walked up behind Luna and massaged her shoulders gently, "Doing okay over here?" Luna nodded, smiling, "Yes. I was just showing Alice my patronus!" 

Neville leaned over and touched a necklace around Alice's neck, "What is this?" He asked curiously. "Oh, it repels Nargles! I don't want them steal anything of hers, it would be quite unfortunate." 

Neville smiled and scooped up the toddler, holding her tight. Alice squirmed free and tottered around playing with the magical toys that littered the room. Luna and Neville watched her happily, fire warming them gently.
