Y/N POV

"Mom.. PLEASE! Do not make me go to this shit show of a camp!" You plead to her as she opens the trunk to get my suitcase. You can tell she wants to get rid of me so she can go cheat on my father again. She's never gave a shit about me that much anyway.
"No Y/N! You are gonna spend the summer here, and you are going to like it! Now, god dammit I spent money on this!" She tosses the suitcase you. You don't even try to catch it. You just let it fall to the ground, right at your feet.
You turn around to see a tall, slender, ginger spunky man standing next to this depressed looking chick with violet eyes. They both are standing next to the sign to the camp, reading "Camp Campbell"
"WELL HELLO NEW CAMPER! You must be Y/N! I'm David! And I'm gonna be your camp councilor for the summer!" The tall, ginger man says as he looks at you with shiny eyes.
"Oh, c'mon. You have to be shitting me!" You think to yourself as you look up at the guy. "Uh.. great!" You say as nice as you possible can. In the long run, it probably wouldn't pay off but you tried. You turn to see your mom talking to the depressed looking councilor, as they are handing your paper work back and fourth.
"That girl over there is Gwen! She's the other councilor here at lovely Camp Campbell!" David says to you as you continue to look at your mom.
"Really? Lovely, huh?" You day and turn to stare David in the eye. "By her facial expressions, I'd beg to differ." You tap his nose with your finger and smile. You pick up your suitcase and just wait for a response outta him.
"Uh huh. Well this young girl standing next to me is your tent buddy! Y/N this is Nikki! Nikki, this is Y/N!"
You turn to see a girl with blue/ foam green hair looking at you. "H-hi Nikki! Love the hair by the way."
"Hi Y/N! Oh! I'm so glad I get to have a tent buddy! And adventure buddy! Oh come with me! I'll show you to the tent and introduce you to everyone else! I have a small group of friends that you'll find to be great!"
"Adventure buddy? Hmm.. this is something." You say to yourself behind the fake smile and happy looking eyes. "Okay then! Let's get going!"
