Today was my first day at work. I looked up at the building before going in and into the elevator. "Well if it isn't little miss beautiful." I turned around and saw that it was one of the boys from yesterday. He smirked as he stared at me.
"I'm Na Jaemin, nice to meet you sweetheart." He said with a charming smile. I blushed slightly and looked at him.
"I'm MiaKoda Martinez." I said and bowed at him.
"Are you a model?" He asked and looked at me up and down. I raised an eyebrow as he bit his lip.
"No, I'm actually the CEO's assistant." I said just as the elevator opened. I walked out and didn't turn around to look back at him. I knocked on the door before peaking my head in. He was seated there doing paperwork.
He looked up at me, but didn't greet me with a warm smile like always. "You can get started with these, report back to me after you've finished." He said plainly and handed me the stack of papers.
"Is there a specific time you want them done by?" I asked, my voice coming out soft and not confident at all.
"Just get them done by the end of the day." He sighed. I nod before having one more question.
"Where is my office?" I asked and looked down at him.
"Right next to mine, first door on the left." He spoke without looking up from the papers. I nod and went inside my office. I looked around and sat down before starting everything I needed to.
My stomach growled making look at the time. Lunch had already passed, I sighed before shrugging. Not the first time I've gone without eaten. I got back to work and looked at the stack of papers. I was almost half way down and my shift was almost over.
I continued to type before hearing a knock on the door. "Come in." I said as I continued to type. I was almost done with one of the files. I heard someone take a seat, but I was focused on getting the last sentences written down.
"I haven't heard you come out of your office since this morning." I jumped at the sound of Jungkook's voice. I shrugged just as I finished typing the last sentence.
"I've been focused." I stated plainly as I grabbed another file and started working on it.
"You're just barely half way?" He asked. I looked at him, my heart hammered in nervousness.
"Yeah, I mean it's been a while since I've worked on this kind of paperwork." I said and looked down at the desk. "I'll stay overtime." I said and looked back at the computer.
