On a small hill in the forest away from the rest of the city there a small cottage lays, the tiles a light red, the house walls white, no car, no garage, just a small cottage with a family of four, the mother, the father, the little boy, and the small baby girl. The parents names are Pearl and Heath, the children names are Tucker and Skyler, the children grew up as the little girl turned six the mother had passed away due to an unknown illness and Heath left not wanting to take care of the two children.

Tucker, who was now fifteen, took the responsibility of taking care of his younger sister and hugged her tightly trying to calm her down sense she was crying for their parents. “shh its ok Skyler im here” he spoke with a calming voice trying to calm his sister so she can sleep and forget the past events that have happened.

Once Skyler was asleep Tucker laid her in a bed and covered her with a patch of animal fur, most likely a bear they roam around these parts often looking for food now that winter is drawing near and that is what Tucker was thinking about, how he and his sister will survive this winter without his mother’s cooking or his father’s hunting, anything they have done to help before the death of Pearl, before Heath left them to basically die alone because the one he loved most had passed, he didn’t care about his offspring, he only cared about her and her alone.

Tucker shook these thoughts away and grabbed a bow and started to make some arrowheads out of stone with a knife glancing at Skyler here and there making sure she was alive and well, once he was done he made targets out of some dead grass he found and tied it together with twine so it held its shape and started to shoot.

After two to three hours of this he went inside as Skyler woke up holding her raggedy dirty white rabbit close, the rabbits left eye his loose but his sister does not care, it was a gift from her brother “Tucky, what were you doing outside?” She asked tilting her head her hair falling infront of her chocolate brown eyes “nothing” he responded “just looking around making sure its safe for the winter” he smiled sweetly yet tiredly as he hasn’t slept in a few days his shining silver eyes now dim from his lack of sleep, he then tosses some wood in the fireplace to keep the cottage lightened and full of warmth. After a few hours.Tucker fell asleep as Skyler stayed away to talk with her mother from the stars, she believes that when you go into the earth you’re soul fly’s to the sky and becomes a star, so as she does every night , she talks with her mother asking questions, giving answers, and telling her about what’s going on in her life right now, about how shes being treated. She watched as the moon glistened in the night, looking for constellations that she can remember, as she was watching the sky there was a rustle in a bush she looked at it not scared but instead walked over to it and a wolf pups head pop out and it looked hurt, instantly she picked it up and ran inside to help the poor creature.  She sat the little pup on the kitchen table grabbing its paw gently to see the wound, she seen a small thorn in the pad of its paw. Skyler looked around and found some tweezers then puts the small pup in her lap, holding up its paw she pulled the thorn out. The pup yelped whimpering as Skyler pet the pup to calm them down, when the pup was calmed she set the pup outside just as a bigger wolf, most likely the mother ran towards her and the pup, the wolf pounced on Skyler growing clawing at her face, the wolf stopped soon enough and left with the pup, Skyler screams and cries holding the left side of her face waking her older brother making him run to her. He picked her up and ran inside there home laying her down on the floor looking to see how bad her wound is and how he can help it in any way but all he could do was disinfect it and wrap the left side of her head up as best as he could before she lost to much blood, he then held her close making sure that she was ok trying not to cry.
