((y/n) POV)

I lift my face and throw my sight outside of the window. It's raining. I'm not moving from my chair and keep looking at my wet window. After a few minutes staring at the window, I look down back to my book and close it. I can't continue reading because it's dark and I don't feel like to continue my reading. I stand up and put the book on the table before leaving my library.

I keep walking at the hallway while my eyes are looking at the pouring rain. I walk until I pass through one window. It's a window that shows my front lawn. I stop and look outside the window. My eyes keep moving to see all parts of my lawn. When my eyes reach my garage, I stop. I see something moving there.

(y/n): What's that?

I walk fast to the front door to see what is that moving thing. I open the door carefully and look around. Nothing. I step outside slowly to the right side of my garage. I see something but it's not clear. I walk closer to get a clear image. Eventually I can see it clearly. It's a.....girl? But there's something strange about her.

(y/n): Who is this girl? How did she gets here?

She notices me and we make eye contact. Her body keeps shaking because of cold. She looks scared.

???: S-s-sorry mister. I didn't mean to trespass your house. But can I stay here until the rain stops? I promise I will leave after that.

I look her in the eyes. I can feel that she really hopes that I will let her stay. I show sign to her to follow me. She looks doubtful but do what I told. I bring her to the front door and tell her to stay while I go inside. After a few moments, I come back with towel and give it to her.

(y/n): Take this. Wipe your face and body.

She just looks at the towel before slowly take it and wipe her face and body. Then, I tell her to go inside and bring her to a room with a bathroom inside.

(y/n): Go take a shower. I will prepare an extra cloth for you and a hot tea. You can stay in this room.

I leave the room to prepare a cloth for her and the hot tea.
