Greg's Dauntless Training

Greg wakes up in the middle of the night to punch on the punching bag. Fouretta sees Greg and walks passed him. The next day, Greg shoots with a gun at the targets. Eric says Greg, first jumper in the ring and last jumper Molly it's time to fight. Molly was too strong for Greg and he got his faced punched. Greg got a 36 on the red line. Greg says I'm never gonna make, I'm the weakest one here. You will be most improved, Christina said. Your Candor, your not suppose to lie said Greg. Was Candor and I'm not lying said Christina. Christina tells Greg to get tattoos and Greg smiled. Greg recognizes Tori who did his aptitude test. Tori says no, I only do tattoos. Greg gets 3 big birds on his chest and a little bird to represent his mom, dad, Rodrick and Manny. Tori says you made a mistake choosing Dauntless, if you can't fit into a category they can't control you. Greg says I chose Dauntless and I'm going to be Dauntless. Tori says I hope so. The next day, Greg is on the punching bag and Fouretta says your not going to win fighting like that, your weak and you have no muscle put your body into it more and attack first ok, work on that. Greg does and sees that Molly is fighting Christina. Molly was too strong for Christina too, so Eric let her forfeit the fight. The group follows Eric to the ledge, as he pushes Christina off, as holds on to the chasm. Eric gives her 3 choices and she hangs for a few minutes, until Greg and Edward help her up. Later they throw knives at the targets and Greg threw better than any of them. Al had a hard time, as he threw them below the target on the floor. Eric tells him to pick them up. Al says while they are throwing? Are you scared? Asked Eric. Al says I got stabbed by an airborne knife before, not pretty. Eric says everybody stop! You stand in front of the target while Fouretta throws the knives. Al stands there and Fouretta was about to throw one, until Greg says stop! Standing in front of a target does not prove of anything. That would be easy for you to take his place then, said Eric. Greg stands in front of the target, as Fouretta throws two knives at his side. Last, Fouretta throws the last one at Greg's ear. Eric says nice points for bravery stiff but not much by opening your mouth, were soldiers not trained rebels watch yourself. Greg says you cut me! Fouretta says I was not gonna leave you up there without a scratch and I meant to cut you. Greg says am'I supposed to thank you! Fouretta says you are supposed to be smart Greg. Greg went to the room and everyone was proud that he stood up to Eric. Molly says Greg, that was cool. Greg says thanks. Will, Al, Christina and Greg walked down the hall to the training place. Eric says Greg in the ring with Peter. Fouretta says remember what I taught you right? Greg nods his head. Greg fought Peter ok for awhile until, Eric says come on stop playing with each other. Peter got Greg even more and Fouretta leaves the room and Peter kicks Greg in the face. Greg woke up and sees Christina and Will by his side telling him to get better and Eric says your out for the day. Greg says what are you guys wearing? Will says we are going on a field trip. Greg tries to get up and Christina says your not going anywhere. Christina and Will hug Greg goodbye.
