The World

These first 2-3 chapters are just going to be about the kind of world these snailiens came from.

The whole snail planet is united under one monarch which is most often the queen. The queen does control most parts of society but everything she does is for her people's sake.
The snailiens actually originated from Earth and lived in the clouds. But thousands of years ago they had to leave because the human population, conflicts, and pollution was too much for them and decided to colonize a new planet. Although the humans are unaware of their existence.
The snail planet's geography is very similar to Earth's with the exception of there being forests where plants are twice as big (like the cover). There are probably other differences but I haven't thought of them yet.
The snailiens all believe that they are all one race, so racism isn't a thing. All sexualities are highly accepted in society and just seem like a normal thing. And snailien society has proof of how they were created, how death works for them, and how a lot of phenomenon occurs so they don't really have a religion.
On the planet, there is a surplus of food, water, and other resources around the planet so there isn't much poverty, drought, or starvation.
The snailiens have highly advanced medical care and new improvements are made almost everyday.
Just like Earthlings, they have no knowledge of life outside of their own planet. It has been so long since their species have migrated and they have forgotten they have come from Earth. The only ones that are aware that they came from another planet is the queen and she doesn't even know where Earth is. Currently they have a space program that was created to find life outside their planet.
