So, what I was looking for was the phobia of memories - mnemophobia. I mean, I'm probably not reading the meaning of the word correctly, but I hate remembering events that have happened to me. I always remember times I've failed, been a complete fucking bitch or mortified myself and it just breaks me apart to the point where I'm almost shouting at myself to stop playing it all back in my head or stop being such a fucking idiot in the future.
