Give Me Love (1D Fanfic)

Chapter 1

Today it is beautiful outside. The sun was shining and all the kids in our neighborhood were outside but not me. I had to pack. I was leaving the beautiful weather in California for the sucky weather of England. My grandparents live there so we are visiting them for half the summer. This is during my birthday  which is in 18 days and instead of celebrating with my friends I will be celebrating with my family. Great. 

"Jenna!" My mom called from downstairs 

"Yeah?!" I answered

"Kaylee and Hannah are ere'! Their coming up!" She has an accent but I don't really notice it. But all my friends do. I guess I'm just used to it.

"Okay"

Kaylee and Hannah are  my best friends. We've known each other since preschool and been best friends ever since.

"Hey J!" said Hannah.

"Don't call me J." I said.

"You know you love it." 

"Haha no."

We all giggled. "Don't just stand there help me pack." Kaylee helped but Hannah laid on my bed and pulled out one of my magazine's. Hannah was the lazy one that didn't care about much and then there's Kaylee which was the helpful one.

"This would be so much better with some music." said Kaylee 

"Cody Simpson?" Hannah asked.

"Yesss" I said. She put on his new song 'Wish U Were Here.' We all are huge Cody Simpson fan's. My whole room is covered with poster's of him and some Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift.

When we finally finished packing we brought my bags downstairs and into the car. It was only me and my mom going because my brother is in collage and my Dad has work that he couldn't take off. I didn't think he wanted to go anyway. My mom's parents aren't the biggest fan of him. 

"Your not wearing that are you? You'll freeze." My mom asked.

I was wearing shorts and a tank top with sandals which is what we wear basically everyday here because its so hot. (Outfit on the side -->)

"Come on Mom i'll change when we get to England. Who knows it could be warm." I said sarcastically.

I said bye to my besties and hopped into the passengers seat of the car. It was a 45 minute ride to the airport. I listened to music and texted the whole way there. We finally got there and unloaded the car.

"I hope you won't be on your phone the whole trip." My mom said as we walked into the airport.

I just ignored her. Me and my Mom never had the best relationship. I don't know i just got along better with my Dad even though he's never home because he has work but when he is.

Our plane was called for boarding so we boarded.

"YES! Tv's!" I yelled. Everyone on the plane plane stared at me. 

"Jenna!" said my mom embarrassed. I just laughed. I love embarrassing my mom.

The flight was 5 hours but we had to stop at New York then  hop onto another plane to London which took about 7 hours. Both flights I was either listening to music or watching a movie. When we finally got there the time differences made me so tired. It is night time in California right now while its morning here. 

We got off the plane and collected our luggage from the carousel. My phone kept going off because i had to turn it off on the plane so all my text messages were coming in. Then I came across one from my grandma.

'We're in the parking lot! Wear a jacket its chilly! -Grandma xx'

She knows me so well. She knew that i would arrive with shorts and a tank top.

"She's in the parking lot" I told my mom as i unzipped one of my suitcases.

"What are you doing?" she asked.

"Getting a jacket. Grandma said its cold outside." I took out a black jacket and zipped my suitcase back up.

We headed towards the parking lot and were greeted by hugs from both my grandparents.

"Ello my lovelies!" said Grandma

"Hey grandma" I answered

"So big from the last time we saw her!" said Grandpa to my mom

"Yeah she grew fast." said my mom looking at me. I gave her a weird look and got into the car.

Their car was an old fashioned British car is what i call it. It was about 15 minute's away from the airport. Their house was a cute little house in a nice neighborhood. Once we got to the house i stuffed my luggage in the room of my choice.

"Grandma i think I'm just going to go to sleep I'm exhausted." I said

"Ok sweetie when you wake up we will go out." she replied

"Ok" I said as I fell into a deep sleep.
