The last day of her life, I was with her.

She was sleeping gently as I wipe her sweat.

I look to the clouds and look for the light shining upon us.

A simple look didn't last.

I prayed so much for her cure.

She is on the feet of the cross.

Fighting to breathe; fighting to live.

She opens her eyes wide, to sure she can still see.

She lost her appetite because she knows where it ends.

We all gather to her shell without complaining; despite for the past days we hesitate just to past by in her shell.

But the waves stop to flow in the sea.

The fishes started to cry and tried to accept the defeat.

The sea turns grey as the fishes trying to swim again.

As she goes to heaven and rest in peace.
