Once again, Kaito's smirk disappears momentarily as he states the second mystery.

"The second mystery is, one by one, each and every last guest who stood foot on this boat, plunged into the ocean. A string of murders, like a chain reaction. Did someone dump their bodies into the clashing, roaring waves? Did the boat rock, causing them to lose balance and fall in the first place? And most importantly...was the culprit really among them?

"So, who is the culprit?"

Mochi's blood was starting to boil. "I wouldn't know. I wasn't there to witness it! I kept my distance from all the other guests."

For the second time, Kaito's mischievous smile jumped back into it's place as he spoke up. "...Heh. Well, this second mystery is only another failed plan...that the other detective was dragged into."

"O-Other detective? What? Just what are you talking about?!" Mochi's fingers were now rapidly fidgeting around in her back pocket, as if she was anxious to pull something out, just so eager to make good, effective use of whatever she was hiding.

Kaito is a clever young man. He knew there was something fishy going on here...and that Mochi is putting up an act. She's putting up a front presenting that she doesn't care, or does not understand the situation they are both dealing with. ...In truth, she knew exactly what is going on. And Kaito knew to himself, she's denying everything.

"Mistress, you seem very confused. Remember...everything happened before your eyes. And we both have absolutely no control over it."

Then suddenly, with the one arm he has, Kaito swiftly and skillfully throws off his black coat, and throws it harshly at Mochi.

"W-Wha-?!" Eyes fluttering wide open in surprise, Mochi catches it in her arms. "Kaito, what's going on with you?!" She glares at him, raising her voice to nearly the volume of desperate cries of help. In utter shock, she clutches his coat tightly against her chest.

Kaito's striking, midnight-blue eyes dyes into the color of  frightful red gore. He looked like he was about to go insane. His now razor-sharp teeth flash brightly, as he breaks into a huge smile.

"So, who is the culprit?"

He cackles wickedly, holding his arm up in triumph.

"Why, it's the person right in front of you!"

"That's right, say my name!"
