I had this idea when my school had this game of spelling bee repeatedly and since one of the girls kept asking me to play the game with her, it stuck in my mind. I mean, is it my fault if end up with the most bombastic words at the right time and win the game???
"Guys, this is like one of the most boring days of the summer holidays so, let's play an interesting game," Hoseok, the usually happy ball of hope said bored. Jung Kook second his opinion immediately, "Yeah, I agree. It's been a sappy time lately after that sand castle incident." Everyone laughed except Yoongi, who knocked the maknae on the head. He was talking about three days ago when he and Taehyung had built the sand castle on Yoongi. Yoongi had woken up to see what all the commotion was only to see everyone giggling like lunatics at him as he felt something heavy on him. He looked beneath to see a sand castle with everyone's names carved to it...ON HIM!
He shook himself as he woke up feeling sore all over himself. Then, he started chasing the two youngsters around the beach as Ji Seul took a video of the wild goose chase. They were watching the video on her TV repeatedly that night and laughed till they rolled on the floor. Nam Joon wiggled his eyebrows, "What about spelling bee?" Everyone groaned because they thought it was boring. "You could at least suggest something fun, RM!" Jin gave him the 'Really?' look. Ji Seul shrugged, "It's just a game. Come on guys! Joon starts first." Everyone sat around to play except Yoongi, who rested on the couch. Seulgi was sitting on the rattan swing and Taehyung proceeded to sit on the arm rest.
Nam Joon cleared his throat, "Luscious. L-U-S-C-I-O-U-S. Luscious. Kookie, you're up next!" Jung Kook looked around innocently, "Sexy. S-E-X-Y. Sexy. Jimin hyung's next!" He thought hard and finally settled on, "Yearn. Y-E-A-R-N. Yearn. Ji Seul next!" She was beyond shocked to hear them all spell out words that are related to sensitive stuff which even she wouldn't dare to talk about openly, especially with guys. Taehyung nudged her and she shut her mouth that was wide open. She cleared her throat and thought, "So, that's how you play." She smirked and blew a raspberry, "Nude. N-U-D-E. Nude. V is up!" The guys whistled and V thought hard for a word. Then, his face lighted up with mischievousness as he looked at Seulgi, "Exotic. E-X-O-T-I-C. Exotic."
Seulgi turned to see him looking at her as he licked his lips and blushed furiously. Yoongi smiled in his sleep, "Whatever you guys are doing, don't stop the game. Next up is..." Jin happily answered, "Crush. C-R-U-S-H. Crush. Next is Hobi." He grinned, "Hope. H-O-P-E. Hope. Like me!" He started dancing around in this weird cupid style. And then, next was Seulgi, who kept her head low as she bit her lips, "Erupt. E-R-U-P-T. Erupt." It was Yoongi's turn and he snickered, "True. T-R-U-E. True. And we're back to RM."
He shrugged and gave a normal word for once, "Exam. E-X-A-M. Exam. Kook, you're up." He tilted his head, "Mouth. M-O-U-T-H. Mouth. It's called for the mouth to mouth thing." Jimin smirked and looked at Ji Seul, "Hickey. H-I-C-K-E-Y. Hickey." It was silent for a moment when Ji Seul added, "Yelped. Y-E-L-P-E-D. Yelped." She looked away for a moment and when she noticed Jimin eyeing her neck and the others looking at them eagerly, she covered her neck with her arms and leaned back towards V. Taehyung immediately placed his arms around her, "Dominant. D-O-M-I-N-A-N-T. Dominant." She looked at him with wide eyes and he shrugged at her, giving out his boxy smile.
Ji Seul elbowed him and the guys laughed except for Seulgi and Jimin. Jin hummed and gave everyone a knowing look, "Tongue. T-O-N-G-U-E. Tongue." Hobi wiggled his eyebrows, "Explore. E-X-P-L-O-R-E. Explore." Seulgi huffed out in an annoyed voice, "Enter. E-N-T-E-R. Enter." Everyone started ooh-ing and ahh-ing when Taehyung's face turned blank. Yoongi said the most hilarious thing, "Risk. R-I-S-K. Risk." Everyone knew what he meant and everyone agreed on that to which Ji Seul mumbled, "Yeah, right." Nam Joon squints his nose, "Kiss. K-I-S-S. Kiss." Jung Kook scratched his head, "Short. S-H-O-R-T. Short."
Jin blinked hard, "Kookie, are you accepting the fact that you're short?" He grinned a lopsided grin, "I'm stating that Jimin hyung is short. Haha!" Everyone starts laughing and Jimin pouts, "I'm not short. And neither am I little." Seulgi snapped her fingers, "Continue the game though buddy." He bit his lips and turned to Ji Seul with dark eyes, "Erotic. E-R-O-T-I-C. Erotic." She gulped, "Climax. C-L-I-M-A-X. Climax. And we're ending this game. Good luck with game night guys. Seulgi, get back to your room. Good night everyone." She kind of ran to her room as everyone turned to Jimin with cross looks after Seulgi glared at him and left. He simply shook his head, "Don't look at me like that. I was just telling the truth!"
This game was just something that revealed a few things, don't you think? I think it was more like about their innocence and how they feel about each other...And I am thinking Yoongi/Suga is too honest, don't you guys think so too? Maybe I should let him loosen up a little!
