cab driver

I was pushes into a taxi cab in my wheelchair, and waved goodbye to my mom and dad until I couldn't see them thought the taxi window anymore. "Off to hell we go" I whispered to myself

"Oh I'm sure it's not hell." Said the cab driver

"What's the name again?" He asked fidgeted in my bad until I found the brochure.

"ummm, Braircliff"

"Oh haha, my sister went there for suicide recovery, she didn't stay there long, 2 months maybe? I'm not sure. But i know it was put any longer than 2 months, but that's good, I mean most patients stay for years or never even leave. Say, what are you in for?" he asks

I hesitate. should I tell him? Or was this too personal? Ah fuck it, this is probably the last time I'll see him anyway

"Same as your sister" I chuckle

"Oh thank god! I thought you killed someone or something, you don't look like you just failed at suicide, I was worried that you were some physco killer chick!" He laughed

"Well no need to be scared I won't kill you" I laughed but felt a little upset

An hour of driving later, we finally entered the deep, dark forest which held the place I was going to live in for about 2 months (at least according to the cab driver)

As we pulled up to a big, old, brick building, I could see the rusted metal letters "BRIARCLIFF REHABILITATION CENTER"

"Home sweet rehab" I thought

I crawled out of the cab and the cab driver helped me into my wheelchair. A worker of the rehab center grabbed me bags and brought them inside. Probably checking them to make sure they didn't have weapons, drugs, explosives or whatever sick people try to smuggle in! The can driver wheeled me to the main office and I checked myself in. Wow they make it seem like a 5-star hotel I'm checking into. They take my bags and I say goodbye to the cab driver, and they wheeled me to my room.

A/N: lol so far this story is only in violets POV, but I swear that will change once she meets "him". Btw I'm thinking of skipping through most if the time Violet spends in briarcliff bc I haven't really planned so much out at briarcliff. If you have some suggestions for briarcliff then leave them in the comments but just to tell you she doesn't meet "him" at briarcliff I have some twisted surprise about the meetup. Anyway tell your friends to read my story, oooh I almost forgot but this story is supposed to be AU if you haven't figured that out yet. Lol
