CHAPTER 4
I luckily survived dinner and dessert in a pleasant mood but it was suddenly interrupted by a very disturbing news. The car that my parents and little brother was in got caught in an accident, and none of the passengers were responsive. Everything around me started to spin. My mom, she was never comming home, Eric, and Pierre....they're all gone. Its just me and Jay now.
My eyes started to blur. Tears were already stinging my eyes. I can't breathe. I looked at Jay. He looks torn. This is all a dream... this is all a dream... this is all a dream.. I chant inside my head. "Its going to be alright, Avery," some voice says to me while arms started to wrap around me protectively. "Its going to be okay," the voice says again, "I'll protect you, I'll take care of you....".
