Skye remained at Mercy Hospital for three days. Her credibility in the eyes of the Council, took a sizable hit.  Chief Marie let it remain Skye's private business.   Skye came by to speak to Phillip.  He had all the baby furniture on the front porch,  packed up for her to retrieve. " If you are interested, it's a Boy." "A boy, so your baby daddy, and your son, can live happily ever after. "  "We can still make it work, for Marie's sake."  "Are you for real?"  "So, I guess, you and Katrina, will return to playing house?"  Phillip stood, staring Skye in the face, "At least, she, never lied to me "  Skye tried to exrplain,  and blurted out, "At least,  I am "woman"the  enough to go for the man, I want."  " Go, after the man, who could help you get what you wanted and could control."  Skye almost lunged at Katrina,  but was halted by the swift hands of Marie Van Der Veen.  " Skye, you have a baby and a marriage to consider.
A simple wedding dress for a simple wedding, Skye had a plan, she would attempt to marry,  Jessep Gaul,  the nephew of old Eli.  Phillip would not let her marry and raise their child up North. They would wed on the mountain, before the Lenape.   All was set.  The wedding announced, and Skye bought her gown, shoes and veil.  Tge caterers came from, one of New York's finest restaurants, flowers ordered,  and invitations, prepared to be sent.  The date, rapidly approaching,  Skye hid her worry and dislike, and refocused on her impeachment of the current chief.

A nice turn came for the tribe, J.W got the EPA to check the "blue goop", and found it to be the cause of the cancer on the mountain and in the town below.   The Town Elders tried to blame, the Lenape, not happening.
Skye, her mind on the living arrangement of Philip Kopus and Katrina Blackwolf.  They decided to go out on a date, a " Family Night". Skye, decided to "ask" Jessup to take her to a pre wedding supper, at "Trapper's Smokehouse",  a place owned and run by the Lenape, a diner's delight.
