"What did Keeleigh mean?" Mali quizzes me on our way back from the shops. I roll my eyes "nothing. She says stuff that's not true sometimes or gets mixed up. Just let it go"

Mali raised an eyebrow as if to say 'really?!' I just ignored her as I drove home. Once we were home we got out and got the bags out the back. Mali helped me take them into the house and put them away somewhere safe for a few days. Cal smiled at us "have fun, girls?" he asked. I smiled and pecked him on the lips lightly "yeah apart from Keeleigh nearly gave away our secret to Mali" I whisper into his ear discretely. He looks at me "she didn't find out did she?" he whispers back. I shake my head.
Mali is staring at us arms folded across her chest "so you guys are whispering about something! Am I not in the room here or something? I do know you're hiding something, I'm not blind or stupid!" I smirk and lean into Cal a little "I think we might have to tell her" I giggle. Cal smirks "no, keep her guessing" he teases. I laugh.
Mali sighs and goes upstairs to the spare room "I'll get out of one of you at somepoint" she huffs. Cal and I glance at each other and burst out laughing...
