Sunset (Continuation of Breaking Dawn Renesmee POV)

chapter four-this is the best birthday i could ever have!

Me and Jake walked for a while deep into the forest. We chatted about my birthday, some ideas what we could do over the next few days. We even decided to go to La push to see the pack! I always loved going to see the pack, they were like my other family the ones I could go to for a laugh, other than Emmett of course! We continued to walk for ten more minutes laughing and messing around, and then in the distance I could see a waterfall with a cave behind it. As we walked closer I could see light in the cave. The waterfall was so beautiful, sparkling delicate water droplets danced in the air. I looked up at Jake and he just smiled at me, which then made me smile. Eventually we reached the cave and he lead me by the hand into the cave. It was so gorgeous! There was a picnic blanket and basket out on the floor surrounded by candles, it was so breathtaking!

‘Do you like your present?’ Jake asked placing his hand out to lead me to the blanket.

‘Like it? I love it! Thank you so much Jake, this is the best present anyone could ever give me!’ we talked and laughed and had a joke around for a while and finally I decided now was the perfect time to tell him how I felt.

‘Jake, I have to tell you something, these last few months I’ve started to feel different about you, I’ve started to like you more than a friend. I love you Jacob Black and I cant bare to be without you another day!’

He looked at me with a huge smile swept across his face.

‘Nessie, you have no idea how long I have waited to here you say that, I love you more than you will never know. You are my soul mate and we are meant to be together. Although I do need to tell you something. When you were born, when I first laid my eyed on you, I imprinted on you, I knew instantly that you were the one for me and no-one would ever change that. I’m so sorry I never told you that I imprinted on you but I didn’t want to weird you out. I love you so much Renesmee!’

I looked at him slightly confused, I knew what imprinting was as momma and dad had told me about it when I was four, I just wished someone had told me, but I guess it wasn’t in their place.

‘Jake, I don’t care that you have imprinted on me, all that matters is that you love me and I love you!’

He looked down at me, put his hand on my cheek and lifted my face, I felt his lips touch mine, as I kissed him back I put my arms around his neck and his hand were wrapped around me. I didn’t want it to end but it had to everyone would be wondering where I was. I looked up at him smiling and biting my bottom lip. He looked down at me and kissed me quickly and grabbed my hand. Our fingers interlocked with each other as we walked home. We talked about what time we were going to go to La push tomorrow, but out main topic was how we were going to tell everyone back at the house. As we walked in everyone had a smile on their face, clearly everyone knew from dad, so I was abit relived that me and Jake didn’t have to tell them. I sat on Jakes lap on the sofa and we all watched ‘just go with it’ for the remaining evening, my position on Jake didn’t move an inch and he wrapped his arm around me.

When the film finished dad asked me to go up to bed, I pulled Jake up with me and momma and dad followed closely behind. Once id got ready for bed I asked momma if Jake could stay in my room tonight, just because it was my birthday. After some time, and convincing they both agreed.

‘Don’t go trying anything Jacob.’ dad said harshly followed by a glare from momma.

‘Don’t worry I wont, I’m just laying with her that’s all’ he said calmly.

As we both clambered into bed and I snuggled into Jake and he put his arms around me.

‘Goodnight baby, love you and remember what I said.’ momma and daddy said almost in sync with each other.

‘Don’t worry I wont, love you to!’ suddenly my birthday was perfect!

‘Goodnight Ness’ I love you more than you will ever know!’ Jake said looking deep into my eyes!

‘I love you to Jake’ He kissed me goodnight and allowed me to snuggle back into him.
