Holly POV

I grimaced at the pain I felt at the left side of my head as I tried to lift my upper body. I winced again, as I blinked my eyes to adjust to the room light only to hearing someone in the corner talking.

I bite my lower lip as I lean on the little table next to me in order to listen a little closely.

"She's remembering you know, only a matter of time before she figures out what the fuck your doing to her" the deep voice scolded softly

"I know, I hope the Goblin Queen accepts our offer, having her by our side would be a great asset" another voice whispered back..

Goblin Queen?

Wearing a confused looked on my face, when the little table I was using to decided it was the right time to give up on me, resulting to the items on the tray falling on the ground, whilst my company turning their faces to me both wearing shocked expressions.

Dad masked his expression with a warming smile when he asked softly "Oh, how long have you been awake dear?" as he approached the bed.

"I just woke up and I was trying to reach the glass of water" I lied as I fixed myself back into a lying position, biting my lip as the pain shot through my body once again.

The stranger next to him watched me suspiciously as I smiled nervously..

"Oh, here you go sweetheart" Brendon smiled, as he handed me the cup of water which was situated on another table

I smiled sheepishly as I took the cup and drank one big gulp, feeling someone burning holes through my skull.

I look up only to see the stranger staring at me wildly, dad notice I was getting uncomfortable he cleared his throat, which cause the man to snap out of whatever was going through his mind.

"Well, then we shall discuss this further...." the man growled as he walked out, slamming the door in the process

Brendon shakes his head, mumbling something I couldn't quite pick up he then fixed his glare at me

"Now, would you care to explain what happen two nights ago?"

'Two nights ago?' I whispered to myself

"Yeah, apparently someone rammed into you causing you and Raphael to suffer a good blow to the head. Raphael woke up a night ago and he's okay." Brendon frowned as he continued "how are you feeling?... Anything unusual?" he murmured.

I shook my head, deciding that the little dream I had would be my little secret until I figure out who was those people and why I felt that connection to them

"Oh, I knew she wouldn't remember" he whispered to himself as he rubbed his temple

"What?" I asked confused about his action

"Oh, nothing you should get some sleep honey" He smiled as he got up from the bed and kissed my forehead.

Watching him weirdly, I nodded as he walked out the door.

Taking my hands, I rubbed it along my face as I stared at a little ray of sun, which was peaking through the window.

I was compelled to touch it but when I did, it scorched me making me retract my hand back to my body.

"It burned me!" I stated as I stared at the ray baffled.

Suddenly I felt a sharp pain on the right side of my head, which caused me to groaned with pain. I shut my eyes tightly just as I saw flashes of images unknown to me.

The images were of a man, but he was surrounded by smoke and flames, his eyes wore Death and fear.

Voices in my head began to whisper "..protect..sage"

I felt my blood running faster than usual which made me get a tingling feeling down my spine as the voices repeated the line continuously

"Protect sage"

I felt my pupils dilated.

"Protect sage"

I opened my eyes quickly just then I felt a slight sting on my wrist, I turned it to see a crown was formed perfectly.

Then the pain and the voices stop as if it was never there.

What the fuck just happened?
