Hae Soo's POV:

I held Sicheng's hand tightly as we made our way to the rest of the campus, being sure to look around at everything possible in hopes that the girls weren't kidnapped afterall. Mark and Haechan continued to call their girlfriends as we all walked down the sidewalks together but neither of them got an answer as they sighed and tried again over and over. "I'm worried, what if something really did happen to them Sicheng, what if their-" before I could even finish what I was whispering to him, he shushed me. "Don't think that way baby. We need to hope for the best." He reassured me, kissing my cheek.

"Yeah, you're right." I said, leaning my head onto his arm. "Any news?" Taeyong asked Mark. He shook his head, making us all sigh. "We should split up guys, they might be around here somewhere, you never know." Taeyong suggested, taking the lead. "I'll go towards the library, Donghyuck and Mark, you go near the other dorms and Hae Soo and Sicheng, you two go search around the classrooms." Taeyong said, walking away the second he was finished. Mark lead Donghyuck away, leaving me and Sicheng to go check the classrooms like Taeyong had said.

"I am glad we are partnered together." Sicheng gushed at me. "Of course we would be partnered together, we're dating. Plus I wouldn't have it any other way." I smiled at him and playfully nudged his arm. We began to walk together towards some of the buildings that had random classes in them, not knowing where to even start. We decided to start up a small conversation to keep our minds off of what was really happening, not wanting to think the worst of things in this situation. "I keep thinking of last night." Sicheng suddenly said, not looking at me as I noticed a small blush forming on his face.

"Yeah last night was fun with Taeyong, Mark and Donghyuck, I am happy they came over. It has been a while since we have all hung out." I said, wanting to tease him a bit because I knew what he really meant. "No no, not that, I mean the other thing." He sighed, scratching the back of his neck nervously. "Oh, yeah, I love that movie we were watching." I teased again while we made it to the building. "No, not that either." He said, stopping and looking at me. He pulled me aside to let other people walk in and out of the building before carrying on our conversation.

"I mean, when we..yah know..made love on the couch last night. I really enjoy those romantic moments with you." He blushed deeply. "Aww Sicheng..I really enjoyed it too, you always know how to make me feel amazing." I winked at him. He blushed even harder and avoided eye contact, looking awkwardly at the ground. "And by the way" I said, making him look up slightly but his eyes still not meeting mine. "I knew what you meant the whole time, I just wanted to make you say it and blush." I laughed. "Hae Soo-ah!!!" He pouted. I stuck my tongue out at him and ran into the building, him chasing after me.

"Get back here" he said, trying to catch up but having no luck. I turned to look at him, sticking my tongue out once again as I kept running quickly, not paying attention to where I was even going. Suddenly, I felt a sharp pain run through me as I ran into someone, sending papers flying everywhere and me to the ground. I heard Sicheng call my name as he rushed over while I looked up to see Mr.Byun, who reached his hand out to me. "You really should watch where you are going Ms.Kim." he said. "Hae Soo!" I heard Sicheng yell as he rushed to my side, checking to make sure I was okay as Mr.Byun picked up the papers that had fallen everywhere.

He pushed past me and rushed away, acting weird as usual while Sicheng tried to get my attention. "Are you okay?" He said. I looked into his worrying eyes, not saying a word but instead I just hugged him. "I'm okay" I finally said while he hugged me tightly. I let go and looked into his eyes, still filled with worry. "I'm going to have to keep you by my side at all times." He said, smiling at me. "I'll be your knight in shining armor." He said, grabbing my hand once again, leading me further into the building. "And I sure as hell need to keep you away from that jerk." He scoffed.

I decided not to say anything to his comment, already knowing full well that he couldn't stand the guy. Instead I kept my eye out, hoping to see the girls somewhere around here. Before I could ask Sicheng if saw anything, his phone started going off. "Hang on, it's Taeyong." He said, stepping aside to answer it. As I waited, I put my hands in my pockets, gasping as I realized my phone was no longer in there. "Shit, Sicheng I think I left my phone back there." I said, but he didn't hear me so I just sighed and walked back to go find my phone on my own. I looked around the floors of the now abandoned hallway, only the sound of my footsteps to keep me company. I kept looking until I suddenly spotted my phone, not where I had even fallen at earlier. I raised an eyebrow and walked to the doorway where my phone was laying in front of and bent down to pick it up, but the moment I did, something yanked me back, and before I could scream for Sicheng, everything went black.
