"Sophia over here!"

"Sophia!!"

"Is it true? Did Ian Scott really assault you?"

"What brings you out to Paris today Sophia?"

The lights went off left and right as I shielded my eyes with my hand. I could feel Ella gripping onto the side of my jacket, close behind me. This supposed to be 'under the radar' trip to Paris that Isabel had intended for me was so far not going as planned.

Ella and I had landed a few hours ago and had already been swarmed the minute my feet hit the ground of the tar mac. News of what had occurred between Ian and I had exploded, to say the least, and suddenly my relationship was back in the headlines once again. The countless texts and calls from my inner circle was practically blowing up more than my mentions on twitter and it was safe to assume I was spiraling.

"Step back, she needs to get into the building please," Rob bellows from in front of me, making a barrier between me and the swarming group of people as he pushes he way closer to the entrance of the venue.

"What band is playing here tonight anyways?" One of the paps asks, clearly confused about my own whereabouts.

Ignoring every question per Isabel's instructions, I smiled some before giving a final wave and shuffling inside the theater. The second the door shut behind us, quiet seemed to fill the room and I finally felt like I was able to take a breath.

"That was intense," Ella muttered from beside me, giving me a look of concern. "You okay?"

I nod my head, "yeah, just didn't expect to see that many. How would they even know we left the hotel?"

"They have eyes everywhere, kid. You're pretty much all anyone has talked about for the last three days," Rob shrugs, before flagging down a staff member for directions to the green room.

"Sophia, hey!" I heard a familiar voice state, noticing his red hair instantly.

"Jawn," I smile happily as we hug briefly. "Just in time, we have no idea where we're going."

"Not true, I would have figured it out," Rob states matter-of-factly.

"It's really great to see you again," Jawn says as he leads us down a hallway.

"You too," I nod giving him a warm smile before motioning over to Ella. "This is Ella, she's my best friend. Ella, this is Jawn, he's one of Awsten's friends and takes pictures for the band," I say as they quickly say their own introductions.

"I make them all look a lot cooler than they are, trust me," he chuckles as we come to a closed door. I could hear Awsten before I could see him and that was enough for the nervous butterflies in my stomach to go into a frenzy as Jawn knocks a couple of times.

"Hey it's me, I've got a present for Awsten," Jawn says, shooting me a wink as I shake my head, a small smiling tugging at the corner of my lips. There's a bit of shuffling and a couple thuds before the door is quickly whipped open and I'm face to face with the lilac haired man I'd traveled over 1000 miles to see.

He smiles wide at me as the four of us stay standing quietly for a moment. "I can't believe you're actually here," Awsten finally states, letting go of the door as he opens his arms, gesturing for a hug.

I'm quick to accept, wrapping my arms around his torso as he engulfs me in his arms. "Thank you for inviting me." The statement is muffled into his chest but I know he heard me. He hums happily as we sway back and forth for a few seconds, his grip not loosening from around me.
