Hey there! I'm Ava Marie and i'm going to tell you about two very special years of my life story! But just to let all my readers know, my story isn't just about me... It's about me, my family, friends and everyone that is in my life :) Well hope you enjoy!
It was 2008 (I was 7 and i would be turning 8 in december) and it was the first day of school, I was so exited to see all my friends... especially my best friend Mathew! (Matt for short) As i was about to walk out the door my mom pulled out a video camera and started recording:
Mom-Ava! Look over here! Say hi to the camera and tell me what today is!
Me-Mom!!! Put the camera away! Why do you have to do this every year!?
Mom-Because you will want me to show you them when you are older :)
Me-Ugh!
I walked out of the house as my mom was recording... She finaly stopped as we got in the car, but unfortunatly as we were arriving at John. H. Eader Elementry (We were the Eader Eagles) She started to record agan.
Me-Seriously mom!?
Mom-Haha...
I walked over to my other classmates, I realized i had almost every one of my best friends... Exept for Daniel and Abby... Anyways I went up to Matt and we started talking... All of a sudden i realized there was a new kid. I am one of those people who loves making new friends and isn't shy when it comes to that... I walked up to the kid and asked his name.
Me-Hey! Your the new kid right? My name is Ava, What's yours?
New kid-Hey there! Yea i'm new... My name is Mason, Nice to meet you!
Me-Well Mason, do you want to be alone or come with me and my best friend Mathew?
Mason-Hmm... I'll go with you :)
Me-OK then! Come On!
As we walked over to Matt, me and Mason started to get to know one another, Turns out his family is from Turkey and he just moved to Huntington Beach from another far away place... We finally got to Mathew and i intruduced Mason.
Me-Hey Matt! This is the new kid Mason... I'm guessing he doesn't have any friends here yet so i said he could come hang with us!
Mason-Yea hey... Do you mind?
Matt-Hey dude! Yea come hang with us if you want to! I've been looking for a guy friend...
Me-Hey!!!
Matt-Sorry but it's true! I don't have any guy best friends and i've been hanging with you for about 3 years now! Haha
Me-Yea yea... I know... Well I get along better with boys anyways... Boys aren't really judgemental campaired to some girls at this school...
The girls i was talking about was this girl and her friend... I never really payed any attention to them... I was there worst enemie, because no matter what they said to me... I knew it was just a lie and them just being jeleause. (Oh by the way, i forgot what their name was, so im just going to say the blonde one was ariana, and the other one was gabi)
So after talking about ourselves and getting to know each other... The bell rang at 9:40am and it was time to get lined up and go to class. We showed Mason where the line was and told him alot about the school... At recess we gave him a grand tour of the whole school... Me and Matt have been going to Eader since we were in KinderGarden so we know every inch of the school, even the secret places that teachers don't know about... I also had another friend that has been with me since PreSchool but we don't hang out that much, Anyways We introduced Mason to a whole bunch of other kids and all of the teachers including the librarian, the principal, the nurse and to JJ, The janeter. We walked up to this one wall that is the first thing you see when you enter the schools main area, it had a whole bunch of tiles that had paintings that kids from the school had panted over the years... Every two years or so they have a contest where they give every kid in the school a piece of paper to draw on, the drawing is supposed to be something of the school like and eagle or the name of the school in cool letters... And this year was one of those years! So i was exited for it hoping i would get my tile picked... Oh and in every contest, they only picked 3 paintings witch is kind unfair but still... it's not like they are going to put all the tiles...
Me-Omg! I just realized that this year they will be having the contest!
Matt-Oh yea! I hope i get picked :/
Mason-What contest?
After he asked that Matt and i told him all about it.
After that we went to the playground and sat in the grass... After recesss we became really good friends, Like the three Musketeers. We were actualy pretty popular later on in the school year, Since i was kinda the only tomboy but still really girly (I have a crazy personality) I was known for my personality... I was fun, Mean at times, always had someone there for me, and the best part was... Everyone liked me... Or they were jeleause.
After a few weeks going by, i kinda became friends with 'The Mean girls' Because i stood up to arian one day and that trigerd our friends ship, i didn't become one of them... More like they became one of me... A normal friendly person... But that all changed in 2009.
So the year past... School was finaly over, We had been through alot... I got alot of new friends witch to me, was like hitting the jackpot! :p, Anyways Summer Vacation came and thats were things went wiled!
So it was the first day of summer vacation, I had the biggest smile on my face, I went racing out the door with my puppy Lulu, my chiuaua Tiny, And my cat Mimi... I walked out also with my big bro and sis... My bro went to his friends house, His friends were Brandon and his younger brother Nicholas (Nick for short) Nick was one year older that me, I was 8 now and he was 9, we were also really good friends but i didnt usually go to his house because he would only be playing like his playstation or something, Brandon was around 14 aswell as my brother Carlo. My sister went to go to her friends house aswell... Her friend's name was Stephanie but at the house was Alyson aswell... Im pretty sure they were all the same age 17 or 18... Finally i went to my friends house... Her name was Marlena, She was one year younger than me... She was 7. She was almost taller than me and had long wavy brown hair, she also had a big brother named Austin who was my brothers age aswell... They hung out alot too, Marlena was kinda always looking up to me but i acted my self... Her mom's name is Mariahna, i think thats how you spell it :p... Anyways she awlways tought her kids very good manners, and when me and my brother used to have dinner there, we also learned a few... After going to my friends house... I had to go home... My brother and sister stayed at there friends house over night, I wasn't old enough yet so my parents wouldn't let me...
It went on like that for most of the summer... We didn't really go on vacation so i mostly hanged with friends, but thats how i liked it, no drama or anything just relax for 3 months :)
