chapter 1:
I wake up up and feel the other side of my and Katniss's bed. It's cold. She must have gone hunting with Gale. I sit up and stretch myself out when I do so Buttercup runes into my arms. I laugh at this and walk downstairs to see what my mom has made for breakfast. It's a loaf of bread! "Oh my gosh ",I think to myself I haven't had a peace of bread in years! I cut myself a peace of bread I close my eyes as I bite into it. It's sour dough. It's wonderful. After eating my peace of bread I go to see what my mom laid out for me. It's a beautiful white blouse and a lightly colored skirt. I close the door and get dressed. When I come out my mom tells me that I look beautiful and then I let her do my hair. She puts my hair in two Braids. When she's done. I go outside to wait for Autumn. Autumn has wonderful brown hair and big brown eyes. I'm waiting for her 5 minuets go by, then 10, 15, 20, 25, 30. I'm starting to get wired when I see her running down the street. I know beacuse I see two piggy tails resting at her solders and she is holding her skirt as she runs. Yes. That is Autumn. Autumn Clark my one and only friend.
